The Spider-Man DLC was so lackluster and poorly designed but this looks really great overall. I can't lie, this does puts a smile on my face.

bruh this is cool but there are so many other characters they could’ve done. they have so much potential but this game is shooting themselves in the foot with the lack of variety in characters and a inconsistent flow of new characters.

Jane Foster wasn’t even supposed to be next. She-Hulk was supposed to be out last December but was pushed back in favor of Jane now.

I’ve wanted ant man to be in the game since the beginning. I think he would have a very interesting and fun move set and the only time you can play as him in games is as a Lego so.

@@Talkingwall316 I think it’s cause Hank pym in the game has some sort of issue where he can’t shrink anymore without dying or something like that, it’s hard to remember cause I haven’t played in a while but they still could have given us Scott Lang instead
@@kyanupryce Exactly, the current gen Ant-Man is Scott Lang so they could've just went with him for the hero role and potentially also have Wasp/Hope Pym, Hank's daughter as a playable character alongside Scott.

I'm upset that we didn't get any new characters for Multiverse of Madness like they could've given us Dr. Strange, Scarlet Witch, or hell even Captain Carter but no they just skipped right past it.

I support it I defeated this gay for Two years only to get smacked in the face I just want someone to give us a good aventures game give me a copy and paste heroes why is getting redundant in the next one is she hulk why don’t they just add original avengers characters
I don't like being negative but it really feels like they dropped the ball after War for Wakanda. I really thought it would be a turning point for the game but they really didn't continue support like I thought. I will forsure check out The Mighty Thor tomorrow though.

I picked up this game on the cheap about a year ago and enjoyed the campaign along with its story dlc’s. They need to start doing story dlc’s with new characters again. The spider man deal was really bad for this game. If he would of got a black panther type expansion that would of really helped bring in more PC and Xbox players.
I think they should decide what they wanna focus on, offline singleplayer content or an online avengers experience. I'd want them to do the latter, even though their best content right now is 1 player. There is so much untapped potential in an online marvel game like this. Bigger more free maps with better mobility could make this game great.
We Xbox players can’t even use spider-man so the newest thing we’ve gotten in a while is a female Thor.

I had a chance to listen to an interesting conversation with a live streamer who does a lot of Marvels Avengers Content. They were talking about the emotes and takedowns and noted that some of them were shared with Thor. The question thrown out in chat was, are they going to make us repay for Thor Emotes and Takedowns as "Jane" emotes and take downs? Cause that's a very real possibility. That they're going to say well now you can buy Jane doing the same emotes as Thor! I think if that happens you're going to see a lot of people even furiouser at this game.

@@akira17_samurai I still think it's trash that we can't play as Spider-Man on other platforms aside from PS. I understand it's a PS exclusive, but it's still kinda upsetting for me and others.
Also yea, even though I can't play him, his combat flow and traversal elements look quite janky.
They should give Thor Stormbreaker now that Jane is here.

Hell, I would've taken war machine! He needs more recognition!
To be honest I wished they added villains as playable characters in a DLC.
Characters like Dr doom, Loki or Ultron could've been interesting to play as.
OR they could have made a dark avengers story dlc!

Very smart on crystal dynamics part. I think they timed this perfectly with the release of Thor love and thunder I think people will circle back to playing for a little while
People gave me shit because I was like “we need actually characters who was inside of the actual avengers team in the game” then after establishing the main Avengers team. I could see them adding other mCU Characters. I’m telling you man They gotta establish the main Avengers team. But they over there thinking of adding she hulk when it could be Falcon, star lord, gamor, dr strange, or even Wanda. But nah let’s go straight to she hulk.

Thank you for acknowledging that the non PS players haven't really had a character for a whole year. Been saying this myself since Spider-man was released up until now and everyone just says I'm a hater and ignore all the content they release and don't know what I'm talking about, meanwhile i have more hours than majority of them. They seriously need to up how much they release. 1 Character in a whole year is unacceptable, period.

I’m excited to try Jane out. My only complaint is the same as the one most people have where her visuals look too similar to Thor’s. However, I’m guessing her gameplay will FEEL different from Odinson’s.
It’s the same gameplay, anyone who says otherwise is most likely protecting the game and its lazy devs
@@Only1Left Yeah I ain't arguing on that one, they didn't even change up the light/heavy combos a bit to at least look different. The copied emotes and takedowns are also a bit of a let down but at least she's got a certain uniqueness to her heroic abilities and certain mechanics that isn't 100% copy & paste Thor and bringing something new to the table.

I have this game at home but I don't understand. I'm all over the place with it.
A map to Asgard would definitely be perfect and it'd be nice to see what exactly happened with Odin yk like what we got with Wakanda

I am not going to lie... I am glad there are others who still play the game and look for thingss. I want it to be good and hopefully this will bring some good stuff.
Imma say this, I understand where they come from i’d get burnt out releasing content when every response is “I’m disappointed, i want more” we will be getting more we just need to have faith in CD i believe we eventually will get the Marvel Avengers game that THEY want the game to be and i will try my best to support the game as long as possible i’m really excited for another character and i’m not that disappointed with this
Only reason i came back to the game after the campaign was to play the HARM room challenges, because they allowed me to focus on just combat, the only fun part of the game, without having to deal with the boring level design and looting... Now they patched it so you can only do the HARM challenges once per day... They'll have to do something really interesting to make me want to go back to the game now.

I feel like with added characters in the future it’s going to align heavily with tv/movie projects to get people interested. Wouldn’t be surprised if we see Captain Marvel and War Machine as characters next 🤷🏼♂️

The reason why they released Jane Foster is because that movie Thor love and thunder is coming out July 8th The she hulk show comes out in August on Disney plus hopefully she hulk will come out by the time the show does if not a little bit before or after.
The development team probably only added her to the game because the new Thor movie is being released next month to help with advertisement.

Well what is great news is that it is confirmed that captain marvel, she hulk, and winter soldier are coming in the game. And we all can assume that scarlet witch will most likely come as well, but they need to make playable heros quicker and to NOT have a 6 month wait.
I see why there probably dropping this now with the Thor Love and Thunder coming out soon. The dual throwing of the hammer seems like Caps shield kick recycled and the special seems like a mix of Brooklyn Brawler and Hunters Arrow.
Idk how I feel about the story I would’ve preferred that she was established in this universe already personally especially since she uses a different hammer after her initial run as Thor. But I love the design for her character and understand them releasing her now over more popular characters because of the timing with the Thor movie being released. Hoping we get characters like Captain Marvel, Winter Soldier, Falcon, Vision, Scarlet Witch, Dr. Strange, War Machine and if they can make the gameplay work for him Quick Silver these guys are the main ones on my wishlist as they are the characters mainly associated as part of the Avengers not yet released. Ik She Hulk is rumored also and I’d like that one also.
Definitely looking forward to seeing Falcon, War Machine and Winter Soldier. Captain Marvel as well, she's definitely a powerful character in the Marvel universe (If they can implement that).

People complained that the game was super repetitive so they add two Hawkeyes and now a second thor. Don’t think that’s the best look for them especially when there’s so many characters they could choose from.
I mean they did say they were adding an echo character before the delay of She Hulk.

My guess is that the full on original characters takes way too long to make so they decided to add echo characters to fill in the long gaps. Which is why Mighty Thor is here instead of any characters known for being as Avengers.
From what I know from leaks She hulk, winter soldier and captain marvel should be in the works, but if they do another echo character I hope they add War machine

There could have been a story here with her. Loki was teased in those 2 Thor side missions in the base game. He should have been brought back here and we fight him alongside Thor and Jane.

I’m happy with this just because I’m a fan of Jane fosters Thor. It’s is sad that this the only thing we’re getting since we haven’t had any solid content since panther but It’s ok. Cuz of all the leaks that miller has been leaking, and the fact his leaks always seem to gain attention and come true, make me very open minded about what’s coming and I can be very patient if it means I get to fight hydra as the winter soldier lol
I honestly would not be surprised if She-Hulk was added into the game. I think the main reason Jane Foster Thor was added into the game was because Thor: Love and Thunder comes out next week, and she will make her MCU debut. But that's just my two cents.

What sucks is that next update is gonna be she hulk which seeing this, I hope she isn't like how Jane was. But luckily we will at least be getting story content with her inclusion with Ultron and stuff.

Wasn't Jane an avenger during the All New All Different era? If memory serves the post Secret Wars 'trinity' was Tony, Jane and Sam.
Speaking of Sam if/when they put him in, I wonder if it'll be as Falcon or as Captain America, because while it'll risk falling into the same problem as Jane and... Clint actually, since Kate came first in the game, Sam has enough differences, such as incorporating the wings that he wouldn't feel like a Steve clone even if they give him the shield.
I'm also hoping for Rhodey eventually, but after a few other characters, since he is very close to Tony in playstyle.
I wanna see War Machine, Nova, Vision. Those are my top three
I wish we get moon knight. There’s a variety of suits they could’ve used, and some cool custom suit ideas, not to mention the TV show suit 🥵. I like Jane Foster, and it makes sense to give us info about her now, but I would’ve preferred Moon Knight.
I own this game and genuinely forgot it existed until seeing this video. I’ll probably hop in for a couple hours in harm room and then not play again until a new character is added (basically what I’ve been doing since I completed the story, post story gameplay gets so boring because every missing is exactly the same and combat is boring)
They should give Thor a storm breaker like weapon so that he has a different weapon than her

It's all good them adding new characters but they need to have story missions to go with them. I haven't touched this game since the black panther DLC and I am not planning on coming back if they keep adding characters like Mighty Thor & Spider-man with no story missions to play through.

To be completely honest, it's alright that we are getting Jane but it feels wrong for characters like AntMan, Captain Marvel and others to be ignored as ideas in a way. I think my biggest problem with Jane has to be that they are adding her just for Love and Thunder so they can dish out MCU skins for both her and Thor when the movie comes out, it feels very scummy in a way and I feel as if we Deserve someone like Captain Marvel in the game before anyone else randomly gets added since everyone thought we were going to be getting her within a early timeline of the game's life but it never happened. I'll play Jane but it feels like wasted time and effort for them to do this for the Movie coming out very soon.

I have no issue with this as Marvel/Disney will always try to capitalize & cross promote the MCU, BUT they need to step their game up with the variety of the roster with characters like Wanda. There are notable Xmen who are also Avengers like Wolverine & Storm who would bring some spice too.
