Very nice home. Love the entrance to the open 3-room concept. The kitchen is spectacular and is a selling point to me. Very neutral with lots of cabinetry. Love the oversize fridge and stainless steel hood range and stove. Very spacious island. Rest of house offer great BdRs and closets. Spacious!!! Thanks for the tour. Take care!!

This house is absolutely spectacular. I love the privacy windows and the spacious closet in the primary suite. ❤ Don't want that guest room downstairs that nice..my guest might decide to not leave!!😂😂

Agree on the simple colors in the kitchen. Tenants can always add pops of color with decor as they wish.
Also agree with separating the Mast Bath from the Master Closet.
Never liked the idea of being forced to walk through a bath in order to reach a closet.

I can't help but imagine a giant gust of wind knocking that house down like a deck of cards. There aren't any interior walls to protect you from tornadoes. There are more of those than floods

I can’t get over that dining room right at the entry of the house, and quite a distance from the kitchen. Very strange! However, I did like the large laundry/utility room, because it’s nice to have a area where you can store a vacuum, mops, cleaning supplies, etc., as well as to do laundry, of course.
That vessel sink in the one bath was ridiculous; it took up the whole vanity and left no counter space at all!
And why a dry bar in the basement? It forces someone to use the bathroom sink, when cleaning up after serving food and drink . That’s just gross!

Yes hated the formal dining area just right there in your face when you walk through the door, for me I prefer it to be closed off from the rest of the living space. Also not a big fan of stairs being anywhere near the front door, idk why but that irks me. This was probably the first home I wasn't excited about, although the kitchen and the back porch/patio was great.
I really dislike those privacy windows. I can have blinds or shades or other window covering for when I need privacy. Looking through that privacy glass is frustrating and makes me feel like I have cataracts. In general, I like the flow of the house, but some things do feel "off". I agree with you about that huge open space in the dining area. Staging should have had more furniture or a big cabinet. This would be a wonderful place to put a nice built in buffet or wet bar. The fireplace also seems too small for the scale of the great room. Yes, I love the sink OFF the island, and the closet separated from the primary bathroom, but no doors on the bathroom? Nope, Nope, Nope! I love the huge laundry room, but I feel this builder skimped out on the opportunity to add more built-in storage, counters, cabinets, etc. The back yard is very underwhelming, and the power lines are a deal breaker.
i know I am critical of this house, but never of you Marcus! I truly thank you for making these videos and always look forward to the next one.

Poor layout, bedroom downstairs with powder room instead of full bath, dining room area underwhelming, and the upstairs / bedrooms layout was an afterthought not to mention the Pink Elephant outside with power lines everywhere I wouldn't pay for it.
Watch again. The ensuite in the downstairs guest room did have a shower. The powder room bath was in the hallway outside the guest room.

I’m backkkk!!! Ok Marcus nice house, but they can’t be serious with that price! I immediately noticed that the interior lacks character. Nothing special about it to make it stand out! It comes off as a huge sterile commercial setting. The staging of course made things worse. The house has great potential, but as it is now it’s extremely basic. I don’t like the color palette of the kitchen. The stark white cabinets and weird gray backsplash down plays those beautiful quartzite countertops. A warm wood cabinet finish ( either island or other cabinets) and a cream or ivory backsplash with brass cabinet hardware would’ve been much more luxe and appealing. You’re right about that dining area Marcus that’s because the scale of the furniture and wall decor is too small for that huge space!!! Honestly, if they weren’t going to put effort into staging it then the house should’ve been left empty because that’s doing the house a disservice for people who don’t have an eye for decorating or design. The layout upstairs is awkward and terrible. The primary should’ve been downstairs. The other bedrooms are meh 🫤 and characterless. Now the size of the utility is awesome!!! I’d put an island to fold laundry and hide essential household cleaning items. Also I’d do a vertical drying rack!!! The backyard is grossly disappointing!!! Looks like you stepped out back to the ghetto!!! The close proximity of the neighbors is so off putting for a large house like that and power lines running all over the place is sloppy looking. I grade this house 8/10. Has really good potential, but as is with that price they’re smoking meth.

I found this House just to be "average" looking. Definitely nothing unique about it and Definitely not worth the Price 🙄
