Now that’s a great modern home w. great dimensional views. White stucco w. Black accents inside and outside!! Generous space throughout. Plenty of large windows - natural light!! LR with 12’ ceilings, recess lighting, and 3-tier floor to ceiling windows - Gorgeous!! Large master BdR w. over-sized walked in shower & his/her sinks a plus. And the home comes furnished!! At the price point, i was not awestruck, the moment ya entered, but curious enough to stick around (I prefer an entry that leads into the front of a home vs side, once you panned left, the corridor leading into the great room a bit narrow and the very 1st room the viewer encounters "referred to as a study" is a super negative b/c it's more of an alcove vs room (The waste of space is so inadequate that it only fits a chair). The flex space is a bit small but could function as a study or bedroom ( i would omit the bath room and closet, making it an oversized study or meditation room). Once you hit the greatroom, i like the slider doors, dbl islands in the kitchen and the oversized windows. Love the oversized windows in the primary and i believe the tub is more conducive within the shower, and b/c it's oversized is a huge +. The primary closet is inadequate at the price point. I like the overall layout of the 2nd level and the leisure space with the balcony overlooking the water is a huge +. However, the media room is a bit small. The nook area is non-functional and a total waste of space. The only thing about this home that peeked my interest was when you mentioned it comes fully furnished ( Turn-key upon closing is super attractive). Even with that huge +, this home would NOT be a keeper for me. I think at the price point, it is a horrible allocution of space. You are starting with a blank canvas, and this the end product, Someone/anyone that can afford this price point has options.
Therefore, the space must be enticing, SPACE is damn sure one of those options/considerations. How does a builder start with a blank canvas, yet omit a formal dinning room, either his/her wardrobe, or oversized wardrobe. Even with all that said, NO reflection on the messenger (Comes down to preference, i am sure many will see something very different than me). I can appreciate showcasing the variety of homes on the market and different price points. Again, great showing/presentation, thank your for posting!!!

Another one!! Great showing, Great Job, thank you for posting. I've noticed that you don't state prices in your showcases, it's the nature of the business, as the number remains fluid until a contract is signed (the showing is to wet the whistle, the price really only become relevant if/when a party's interest is peeked enough to the level of "Tell me more".) Even when a number is mentioned, it will always be prefaced with "The base price is", the final number is dictated by floor plan, standard vs upgrades, size of lot, inventory, etc.but i digress (To be continued).
This is a great house, that main bedroom is incredible.

Hmmm, I can honestly say that I’m not too crazy about this house. Whoever decorated this house clearly doesn’t pay attention to scale! I do love that the entry is a little more private in lieu of walking into a large open room. The study and flex room greatly disappointed me. That was an interesting small study (I don’t mean that in a good way). The flex room didn’t get a chance to shine. It was overpowered by oversized furniture, why the super oversized bookcase? Then cut was cornered taking up precious space needed in this room. The desk size is fine, but those chairs are wayyy too big for the room. The hallway leading into the great room is super narrow. For $1.6M I was expecting epoxy floors in the garage and garage storage. Love the ceiling height in the great room, but cringed at the furniture in there. It looks all cramped together with little room to flow in & out of the living room. I absolutely hate the kitchen!!! I could’ve sworn I’m not taking a chemistry course in the kitchen. The double island is wasteful imo and if you’re going to do waterfall counters the electric outlet shouldn’t be on the side interrupting the beauty of the stone. The outlet should be hidden away. The kitchen lacks character and personality!!! I do really appreciate the soft close cabinets and drawers, but that’s where it ends for me. The pantry absolutely sucks. The primary bedroom is ok, that Nate & Jeremiah canopy bed isn’t going to stand the test of time because it was cheaply constructed. The primary bathroom is nice just not a fan of the oversized shower with tub inside. The utility room is small, but nice and gets the job done. Now I really did enjoy the media room. That’s how a media room should look (dark, moody, cozy)!!! The rest of the upper level is meh 🫤 small rooms with didn’t give anything special. I tried to like the house, but unfortunately it’s not one of my favorites. I grade this house a 5/10.

This house was ok. I didn’t like the kitchen, it was bland & the primary bath Iim not into that marble like tile. I’m noticing that tile in a lot of homes I’ve seen & it must be a major sale on it 😃. I appreciate every bdrm having its own bathroom.
