Obviously these highlights don't show after the match, but I hope he led Brooks to the front of the stage and encouraged a moment of applause for him. A fantastic performance. We're going to see this kid around a lot in future. I know if it had been Anderson, RvB, Taylor, Wright... they would of done this. With Price, I'd be surprised.
I used to dislike him as well but he is one of my favorites now. He is just entertaining and he is not afraid of anything. He is an absolute monster
So good to see Rob Cross like this. Just having fun up there, always a little smile on his face, laughing at mistakes, just swinging in the 60s and ton+ finishes. And I tell you, this man is dangerous, if he stays in this mood, he will be able to beat anybody at the championship.
Yeah and just imagine if he turned all those 140's into most 180's
This man has won 4 major titles and people still call him one-hit wonder, incredible player.
Johnny is just astonishing at the moment! He thoroughly deserves the world championship title after the hear he’s had
There seems to be 2 rules in darts now.
1) All 9 darters must be against James Wade.
2) Gerwyn Price must be pushed hard by ALL of his opponents.

That second one definitely applies to MvG for 2020 and 2021 too
It was nice to see some younger players out there. Will be interesting to see where Bradley, Rafferty, and Rodriquez are in a couple years.
Don‘t see Rodriguez that high to be honest - Brooks and Rafferty are going to be class i suppose

That was a mistake by him though. That's not his game and after that he started missing. Too much adrenaline after that yell.

He used to play in the local league in Blackburn Lancashire for years played him a few times he was talented back then he was unlucky
That young Rafferty will be a really good player when he gets more experience. A beautiful throwing style. Just needs more big matches on T. V.
Perhaps if he could stop lowering the elbow before the throw..

@@mattpaullmusic His elbow is alright, he is leaning his body and that's why it seems like that (same with mvg)... Look at his release at 24:36, the elbow is locked!

We all wanted Brooks to win but the constant booing of Price is just a little over the top.....

The Ferret is just making the game look so easy at present, no matter the opposition. The amount of 140’s is out of this world, and so many finishes over 100+
And a true gentleman to boot, hard not to like really

Wade, Cross and Clayton made it look too easy.. Price the only one who had a scare. Clayton might just win this one the way he's on form.. cant count Cross out though - another one who's form has jumped up of recent.
I just don't see price winning the grand Slam. His Form isn't constant enought. Cross and Clayton the most constatlnt so far. Cross 96,97,101 and 103 AVGs. Clayton a bit higher. I don't think wade wins vs Cross Again. The 111AVG was a bit out of nowhere. But if cross and Clayton plays their game (AVG around 100 im sure wade and price gets eliminated on tomorrow.
I give Bradley stick for having weird arms, but he played very well tonight. Well done young man. Good times to come
