Another way you can do lip syncing is by making all the mouth symbol changes into a single animated symbol that will play as a graphic on your main timeline, and then you can move and change anything you dislike about it without having to reanimate a whole layer!

So if the phrase is “oh no!” Because ‘oh’ is the lead in, I would have a character’s body move downward, and maybe move back, and then on “NO!” Since that’s the most important word of the sentence, and probably louder too, I’d have the character move back up, and rotate their body!
im using this to make a few clips for a EBFP trailer and its already my best animation by far the only things i did differently was animating tweens by myself and doing it mostly on 2s
