Yup, 1976 model year with the VIN for the win: C for Chevrolet, C for 2WD conventional chassis, L for 350 CID V8 with four barrel, 2 for 3/4 ton rated, 4 for pickup and box, 6 for 1976 model year, S for St. Louis, MO assembly and the rest is the production sequence. The St. Louis MO plant closed in 1986 and in 1976 would have also been assembling the Corvette.
No SPID, wish you did, but this should be code 12 White exterior paint.
