No. Everything adds up, it doesn't take a rocket scientist to understand this. Do you realize why this coast has the most sunken ships in all of the world? Go look up a shipwreck map of the East Coast between Virginia and North Carolina. That alone will answer your dumb question. AND how can you say prayers to the families but at the same time say things were done wrong? Are you an officer or a diver that has to go into the bottom of the ocean that is constantly moving, extremely rough most times?

Exactly. Doesn't help between Virginia and North Carolina being some of the worst waters in the world. Hundreds of shipwrecks for a reason.
