Tatsumi PA got a Fence and Speed Bumps!

- Tatsumi PA, one of the most famous car gathering places in Japan that's located on the Wangan bayshore route, the symbol of car scene and Japanese car culture has got a WALL, or a rather big fence!
Point of the wall is to block the awesome view, and stop people who come for cars and scenery from flooding the place. Building a sound proofing would make way more sense and everyone happy in my opinion (like a transparent plexiglass fence or something).
Additional to the wall, Tatsumi Parking Area has got 2 speed bumps as well (one on the entrance, and one on the exit) so no more launching onto the Wangan (which you shouldn't anyway).
All this is pretty dumb move for everyone in my opinion. In Tokyo, where car is pretty much useless on a daily basis, a lot of the people who buy them are usually "car people" in some way or another. Those same people pay one of the most expensive car taxes in the world, and Japan likes that money very much... And they now just might loose it, since people's motivation to get a car here drops more and more each day. Majority of people who visit Tatsumi PA have manners and don't do pretty much anything wrong too...

Daikoku is pretty much busy as usual. But enforcement is definitely on a higher level.

Wow... they've really outdone themselves this time :/ I used to go there all the time just for the view.
Yeah, there's definitely something going on.... Went there last night and they shut it down early even though it was pretty empty. Went for a loop cruise when I saw cops setting up a portable speed cam while Shutoko is emptier than ever. Stopped at Shibaura PA to grab a drink when cops swarmed the place yelling everyone to get out as they are closing the PA (even though there were like 4 and a half cars).
Record this record this hahah! Me every time I see some dope ride.

This is worse than post 9/11 nyc.
And it was only downhill from there. The whole "scene" got to like 30% of what it was. Not that nothing is happening, but nothing compared to before.
Would be cool if they made a plexiglass wall but this is just lame.
That's because purpose of this fence is to block the view, not sound.
