  • A tesseract is a cube that has 4 spatial dimensions. A cube with more than 3 spatial dimensions cannot be conceived by our 3-dimensional 3 pounds of grey matter, The Brain. This is a 3-dimensional shadow of a 4-dimensional hypercube. A 4D cube is also called a hypercube.

This is actually just the shadow of a tesseract visualized in 3D space, since we are incapable of actually visualizing 4D. An actual tesseract is made of 8 connected cubes of identical size, with all vertices connected at 90 degree angles. This visual has shifting angles as it rotates, the same way a 2D shadow of a 3D object would. Very cool, regardless.

It’s no use of showing something to a person if they can’t understand it. Here is the missing context of what you just watched.
You live in a 3d universe. The problem with that is that all the information of a object can’t be expressed in 3d. So you end up viewing something from one angle only and the other half of the image isn’t rendered.
Example hold your hand in front you with your palm facing you. You can’t see the back of your hand. Turn your hand so that you can see the back and now you can’t see the palm side. That’s how 3d space works in a nutshell.
The 4d cube shown here is TRYING to express all sides of the image to your mind. You can see both the top and the bottom of the cube. You can see both sides of the cube. You can see the front and back of the cube at the same time. The reason that the image is dynamic, is because it’s attempting to show you that you would be able to see inside the cube just like you do outside. That’s the entire reason that it looks to be moving. Fun fact, it doesn’t really move like that. You would be able to see inside of a box just by looking at it while closed. It just moves like that here to convey the idea.

if you look at the center, it will seem as if it's going inside of itself and impossible grasp 3 dimensionally, but you focus around the sides, you'll notice all the outer cubes are just rotating, or going around the inner cube. it is possible to traverse 4d space without touching 3d. nothing goes in of it self, it is because of our limited perception that it may seem.

Every line is now an axis. For every dimension another axis will be added. There are two squares changing size. The fourth dimension's axis is size. Say there is a one dimensional creature. Draw 3 lines on a paper like this | - | the one dimensional creature (-) can only move on one axis, X. You have to use the axis Y to get out. Draw five lines on a paper like this.
    __
    | • |
    -----
Imagine the lines are enclosed. There is a new axis, Y. You can only get out using the third dimension's axis, Z. Now imagine you are trapped in an unbreakable cube cell. You have to use the fourth dimension, size to change the size of the cell or yourself to break out. This is like noclipping in a video game or like changing the size of objects in Superliminal.

HOLY SHIT I GOT IT, I GOT IT! I GOT THE FOURTH DIMENSION, I UNDERSTAND IT! I can’t explain this shit in text, I’ll make a video soon, whenever it’s done I’ll edit this comment, I SWEAR IT IS NOT BAIT!
Edit: I gave up, my voice annoys me too much 😔
Explanation; listen up, if the first dimension is only left and right, they can’t go up and down. The second dimension is left, right, up and down. They can’t go back and forth. The third dimension is left, right, up, down, back and forth. The one thing that keeps us from going any/everywhere we go is physical objects, same go to the other 2 dimensions. Every dimension can pierce the ones below it. So the fourth dimension would be in and out. You can’t just go through a wall because it’s a physical object, we can’t just walk right through it, the same way the second dimension can’t just go back and forth. Splitting an object in 2 still doesn’t make us see the real inside of it, it only creates 2 separate objects with their own inside of them. It would also be proven by the video, since the 2 third dimensional squares are coming in and out of each other at the same time.
I don’t think I will be posting the video tho :/

@@louisrobitaille5810 That's what i'm saying, it could explan a lot, but more and more questions would be created that we cannot find an answer for, literally. We have no idea about other spacial dimensions, the sad truth is, String Theory makes more trouble than good. It tries to explain gravitation, but for that we need 26 spacial dimensions, little strings and a super "force". So looking at it, it makes things worse than they are already.

@@louisrobitaille5810 But what i originally meant with my previous comment was, that if we knew other spacial dimension existed, it wouldn't help us anyway. A 3 dimensional being cannot comprehend anything from another spacial dimension, our brain would probably even die looking at a tesseract. Given that, if everything known in our universe was moredimensional, Our laws of physics would only apply in our own dimension. We are not made to understand how we were made.

The reason why it looks like it's going through itself and changing sizes is because in th3 4th dimension people are supposed to see EVERY side of an object. So our minds can't comprehend it as our eyes are built to see objects only from the angle we stare at them from. And in 2D I think uhh idk

it is impossible to depict a tesseract because it is literally impossible for our brains to comprehend anything in the 4d dimension, like how a creature in the 2d dimension couldn’t imagine the 3rd dimension. if we where to ever perceive a 4d object such as the tesseract, we can’t see the object move, stretch, rotate, speed up, or slow down. however a creature in the 4d dimension could perceive all of this. this also combines with the fact that there needs to be a infinite number of 3d dimensions which sides and vertexes must be parallel in order to be classified as “4d”

Imagine something you can open and close like your fridge for a simple example. When the fridge is closed you can't see what's inside. If your fridge was a 4D object you would be able to see everything inside no matter the fact it's closed. This video is trying to convey that by rotating the cube inside and out of itself to show all sides of said object. Hope that helps alil❤

There are other "hyperaxis'" where this cube would be moving in other odd ways just like the image is showing.
So this cube isn't doing anything special other than rotating on one of its' 4D axis'
Weird how this otherworldly movement is just rotation.

There is a cube and inside another smaller cube... A line connect each corner of the cube inside to a corner of the cube outside..
    8 corners the cube inside
    8 corners the cube outside
8 lines that connect the two cubes
Then the small cube inside, moves THROUGH the front side of the big tube, drugging the whole structure with. The small cube becomes the big one..
The back side of the small cube becomes the front side of the big one, and the 4 lines that connected its back side with the bigger cube become the lines of the sides of the new appeared small cube...and so on. This is a rotation in z und w axis...

@@Jewelznova well, the whole description was necessary to be sure that we see the same thing... to identify the small cube expanding somehow, (rotating in a 4D axis) to form the big cube...Of course the whole moving structure includes in addition 6 more streching cubes...
Dont forget that we try to project on our 2D handys surfaces a 4D rotating cube.
Say we were trying to progect a motionless 3D building...🕋 on our 2D screen..its obviously formed from many different slices of its 3D structure, together one upon another from the bottom to the top of its cube schape. . 2D slices projected all together to form the 2D schadow of a 3D cube
If you project just a 2D slice, say a piece of paper, totaly perpendicular on the handy surface, its schadow has to appear as a 1D straight line. Thats its projection schadow...
A piece of macaroni further, perpendicular on the surface, may make a 0D schadow, that is a dot..
However, the interchanging from a small to a big cube, is not a mere projection of a tesseract, its the rotation of the 4D cube in its 4D axis... If we had rotated the tesseract in one of its three 3D axes, it would have changed its schadow form, but it would not have changed its size... (From small to big)....

    • @jiannisDimi
      @jiannisDimi Рік тому

@@Jewelznova A cube is a 3D item. Here on our Handys surfare, we can see it as a 2D exagon 🕋...
Top and bottom corners are dragged outwards, to give it the 3D look...
You can rotare a dart cube in your fingers any way you want, these are the rotations of a cube in the three axes x, y, z in 3 dimensional space. On a Handys surface, you can also observe the cube revolting up and down, or right and left, changing his shape...
      A side of a cube, alone, say is a 2 D plane.
The same way as THE UPPER SIDE OF A CUBE is connected with four lines down to the bottom side to form an object of six sides, a 3D cube ,
the same way, an small 3D cube has to be connected with lines, that begin from all its 8 corners with all 8 corners of a bigger 3D cube, and that is the 4D cube or the tesseract.
If the small cube remains small unchanged in the center of the large cube, and together they rotate left or right, up or down, then they rotate in 3 dimentions, x, y, z,
Here in this clip, they move interchanging, the small cube becomes the large one, and the large one becomes a small cube.. What we see on the 2D surface of our Handys, is the projection of a 4D cube, rotating in axis w, in the 4th dimensional axis....
