The area you talking about are mainly dominated by igbo people, at least 65% and mind you most of the houses you see there are for business a 3 bedroom apart in those area cost around 1.5m-2 million naira per years, they usually cover the cost of the houses within 7-10 years, nothing to lose
I wish Igbo people can develop their own lands and turn them to large financial cities
