      @@Sanyu-Tumusiime to my knowledge if they have a scholarship or grant, it could cover not all but part of it

      @@johnvistawall9722 but i mean for the Philippines
      Consider this,.
      GDP Per capita of Philippines is $6000
      and then the cost of Cornell is $80,000
      let's say they get an aid of $40,000 50%
      then what about the other $40,000 it's still $160,000 over 4 years which is an INSANE amount of money for Americans, but like Filipinos like that's too high.

    NYC is terrible! The 3 big US cities are overhyped. I like medium sized cities or even small cities in the US
