This was the first thing I did with ISHA. I had been very ill for many years. It was so effective I did inner Engineering as soon as I could. I’m now a volunteer for ISHA and my health is fantastic 🥰
bhuta shuddhi , aum chanting , sukha kriya , staying in silence with no input to the sense even for 30 mins every day , shoonya are soo underrated and fast that people might think small timing yoga is not potent but its so powerful and very subtle
Namaskaram. 1. Once initiated into bhuta Shuddi do you have to do it twice a day or once a day for a mandala? 2. Can I temporarily stop doing Shambhavi whilst doing the bhutta Shuddi mandala? 3. Does bhutta Shuddi have to be done on an empty stomach i.e. like 4 hour gap with main meals?
Namaskaram 1 . I do Bhuta Shudhi once a day. 2. It’s best not to skip. Do Shambhavi everyday along with other Hatha yoga. 3. Yes it needs 4 hour gap. You can also confirm with your Hatha yoga teacher.
Hi sir… i had one doubt i keep asking everyone regarding this… i have registered and paid for the buthasudhi program near by …. Is that butha sudhi kit is also included in that registration fee orelse we should take separately by paying amount and take it??? Pls clarify me sir …. Everyone is saying different different answers
I am still puzzled even today why everyone wants to share THEIR personal stories. Who will be interested in knowing? In what way it helps people? Instead why can't they serve the needy . Why they don't teach poor students English and other school subjects. Why dont spend sometime with old people consoling
Well I really appreciate your thinking, but not everyone is on the same page. There's alot of people who wants to hear, there's a lot of people who don't want to hear anything. All the best to you.

I think this video was for me. I was on the same page as you considering it to be a minor additional exercise which Sadhguru just put... But after watching this video you re-opened my eyes. It's not the time, it is the beauty of Sadhguru's teaching. Immensely greatful to you. Now imagine I go and do this programme and experience all the positive enhancements in my life then half the credit goes to you. I am willing to listen to your experiences!
In one of the video sadguru said shoonya happens for 1-2 secs and there is no coming back and sir you are saying there is reverse. So what exactly its is?
I'm saying people underestimate Bhuta Shuddhi process because it takes less time. For Shoonya, Sadhguru never said that. It's just that there are deeper states of experience if you do it regularly. Again people who have actually done it, not just talking or gossiping about it.
@@mehulrajgor6441 I'm aware he said that, I'm saying he said it in the context of growth. Once you touch certain states, it is a clear step forward for your spiritual growth.
@@mehulrajgor6441 Bhuta shuddhi is permanent growth. Even if you stop doing it, you will not fall. Whereas shoonya, you have to do it every day. If you stop it, then you will fall back into old ways. I hope this makes sense. There's a video of sadhguru on it, if you wish to check it out.
What is the actual process? I'm not trying to do it w/o training, I'm just curious and can't find a description anywhere. Like staring at a candle? Or What does one actually DO?
@@hemjoshitv8858 yes I understand that and I’m not expecting comprehensive detailed instructions, maybe just an example of a few of the steps, like “ you blow a candle out then make some movements w/ your hands”. Just to get a feel for it. Thanks!

Agreed. I thought 10 minutes Bhuta shuddhi won't do anything but I was wrong.
Totally agree. It's one of the most powerful processss. Personally it's helped me sit still for longer periods and reduced a lot of compulsions.
I am going to do it in the next week. Feeling excited. 🎉
Is it available online or you learnt it in person?
Namaskaram - that was beautiful - thank you.
Thanks so much Anna 🙏🏽🥰

Yes Anna both are powerful ways to cleanse the elements. Bhuta shuddhi will be a process you do everyday, so that's also very good.

I heard there is a chanting involve. Can I still go to this process if I'm not able to pronounce letter R 100% correctly? I have mild rhotacism.
Once you go through the process, the teacher will tell you to do your best, don't force it too much. Doing our best is what we can do. 🙏🏽
Namaskaram Anna, can Bhut Shuddhi program helps to get rid off from Anxiety or any Physical ailments?
Yes it will definitely help with anxiety.
Thank You Anna 🙏🙏🙏

Can u do video how to do..? U need to get bhuta shuddhi kit or u can do without?
When you go for the program, you will get a kit and all the instructions will be given as well.

Hi, Can anyone practice bhuta suddhi every day without doing yoga?
Well Bhuta shuddhi is a yogic practice. It's not something outside of yoga. It is part of yoga only. 🙏
Anna is Bhut Shuddhi process having initiation process or not ?
It is a kind of initiation. That's what my teacher mentioned. 🙏
