You have said that adiyogi has given 112 ways for different kinds of people to reach their ultimate potential but in isha everyone is doing the same method.
This one method covers all the ways or is it the only way ?
shambhavi is not a destination ,shambhavi is just a doorway
if you go out of the door after that all the 360 degrees are available to you not just 112

I was initiated on nov 2008. But i didnt do thr practice for almost 12 years. Suddenly i started in 2020 and as sadhguru said it opened many paths. What a profound answer. Shambhavi is door way..
i am doing SHAMBHAVI MAHAMUDRA daily and i don't know people are saying energy is increased, low stress etc, of course these are there but everyone is forgetting the main thing which is "BLISSFULNESS". I feel so blissful and so happy from within !! it is life changing and my mind is having absolutely no thoughts if i don't want to...I am so grateful to Sadhguru for teaching such a profound Yoga to us

You should not try Shambavi by your own.
You need to be initiated by Sadhguru before practicing it.
I never feel blissful after doing Shambhavi, I just feel peaceful.
@@aeonsleo2 hi, different people have different experiences but if you do it consitently for long time you'll get there, blissfulness i experience is like , feeling just like drunk 24/7 but with full alertness, smile doesn't go away its constantly there and my eyes are drooped, every cell bursting with this bliss :-)

What a profound message! I did Inner Engineering Completion in February 2020 and since then I have been practicing Shambhavi every day. It has changed my perception of life completely. Now I can pay attention to the small things and feel joyful about them: a flower, a bee, the air that I breath, the water that I drink, the food that I ingest and I am much more balanced than before. I became a peaceful being. Also tears of gratitude come very often during my practice, I just feel very privileged to have learned that. Thank you Sadhguru, for your wisdom and for making Shambhavi available for a person like me, who never did yoga before and had no idea of what it would bring. After this I learned other Isha practices and I still want to learn many others. Pranam!

Listened to many of sadguru's sayings, but this is completely out of box🙏. It will connect to everyone who finished their IE. Just one line 'Doors opened' cleared many confusions in me. Not 1 lakh, even if there are 100 million sadgurus, Indians won't realize the path of spirituality. May be other developed countries will appreciate and accept the path of spirituality. But not Indians.
In India, everything is mixed up with politics. Politicians for sure don't want people to prosper. They don't allow people to do this. In the end, yogis like him will have to move away from India or they get the name of "fraud swami" if they stay in India.

Sadhguru throws in the concept of Kalabhairava at the last minute of this video without explaining its connection to Shambhavi. I found myself going down another rabbit hole trying to figure out the connection.
KalaBhairava is just another name for Shiva. I have heard of something called 'Bhairava Tantra' which is similar to the 112 ways that he is hinting at.

Here in the USA, Isha wanted $2000 for me to learn Shambhavi Mahamudra at a workshop. I said thank you but no thank you. Just pick up a copy of the Hatha Yoga Pradipika, and it shows how to do the Shambhavi technique. I have tried it: gaze upwards into the third eye, the point between the eyebrows. I found it a strain and I did not like it one bit.
Haha it’s much more than that and it costs 800 for 4 days inner engineering program with food and accommodation.. Even a shitty hotel in Miami costs more than 200 dollars a night and doesn’t provide food and on top of that you are learning a practice that can change your life so why are you complaining?
@@Prashant-cw3ir Namasthe Prashant Ji. it was a few years ago that I did the initial online Inner Engineering course, and following that they wanted $2000 for a weekend course on the Shambhavi Mahamudra. They said that I would get to sit at dinner table with Sadhguru! But after carefully thinking it over, I decided against it. I am very happy for you if you have found that the practice changed your life.

That eyebrow gazing and all that you might have heard from sadhguru on youtube, is actually shambhavi mudra. And I am very sure, that It must be their in hatha yoga pradipika.
You will not find Shambhavi Mahamudra in any book...This practice is initiated as a part of inner engineering completion program. It's a combination of 5-6 well structured practices along with proper initiation.
Shambhavi mudra got nothing to do with this one 😊 Hope you got it cleared now. You could go for Inner Engineering Completion after completing Inner engineering.

Those are some very rough words put it in a very polite way. When one thinks he or she is a genius it obviously going to take more time to realize.

3.40 is braham muhurat... That's the best time of receptivity.
Else 6.00 am, 9am, 12pm,3pm,6pm,9pm.... 12am Is advisable only under guidance.

Where is practicing Shambhavi mahamudra is it free
One more thing, can this kalabhairava process be done even after a few months after the death. My mother passed away in April this year. Can it be done now? Is it only for people who are with sadhguru or for others as well? I am waiting to do my inner engineering since they say it is a pretty requisite to become an volunteer at Isha. Because of the lock down I have not been able to do it. I prefer doing a regular course than online. Please guide me. Thanks in advance.

Kalabhairava Karma-
This is a ritual for the deceased, done by invoking Devi’s Grace within a particular time span after death. It brings a certain ease and pleasant transition for both natural and unnatural deaths.
Kalabhairava Shanti-
This ritual can be performed any time after death, especially when the deadlines applicable for Kalabhairava Karma have passed. The ritual is conducted on Amavasya (new moon). It can be repeated every month or every year.
If time is elapsed for kalbhairava karma , you can do kalabhairava shanti for your mother . It will help in smoothing the process of after death.

Are there any videos detailing this practice, or some aspects of it??
I like listening to Sadguru because he used to offer practical advice, actual techniques.
Now most of his talks are hypocritical in nature, it seems.
The best thing I ever learned from a UA-cam video was the Wim Hof breathing method. That's the most powerful breathing technique I've ever discovered and has incredible benefits for distressing and activating the parasympathetic nervous system. Some EFT techniques, like tapping various pressure points, I've also found beneficial, as I also do grounding.
If anyone knows of videos with very practical techniques like the ones I mentioned,.I'd appreciate it.
I know the thing to do is read his book, "Inner Engineering," to access this knowledge, btw, I'm just really poor and can't afford to buy the book right now. I'm disabled and without a car as well. This inflation is killing me, and anyone on a fixed income..
