I randomly realize after all these years part of why the Soviet nuclear bomb has such a relatively small radius from what you might expect is more than just gameplay, but it's also because the nuclear missile uses ground-impact detonation. That and clearly being a tactical nuke than a strategic one.
Particle Cannon is good for tanks fight but can't do shit to buildings. Weather Control Device is the best among all of these because it has largest radius and almost no delay. Nuke is just Nuke. Psychic Dominator is quite weak since it's slow and small radius. Neutorn Missile can kill driver in light vehicle, high damage but small radius. Toxic SCUD Storm is cancer in the tank fight but low damage to building. Normal SCUD Storm is weaker Weather Control Device.
Nuclear and neutron missile are the best superweapans .. But the only thing I hate is the way the nuclear explosion explodes in this mode. I think if it had the same shape as the original explosion in the game, it would have been much better.
So what we got here in RotE A Particle Cannon which is very strong in kill unit and can chase them because we can move it, but lost advantage in destroy base A Weather Control Device only for Japan which is very strong in destroy base and kill infantry, but shit in kill vehicle and can only attack on one position that we ordered for it. Nuclear Missile, well nothing can beat the Siren sound. U know how powerful it is. Psychic Dominator now more powerful than vanilla and it can summon look like Bloatick in MO? Asia Missile look like a weaker variant of Soviet Nuclear Missile. And GLA Scud storm, have 2 type of missile, one contain toxic and one without toxic. I don't know if we can select one of these type of scud storm. And it can put pressure to enemy when we have 6 Scud storm missile. It's just my opinion, hope this mod become more popular and successful. Cheer :D
Here's my superweapon wishlist to see in the Rise of the East Mod update: - Germany, now as *European Union* in the update will be a new superweapon called *Solaris Relay* from Rise of the Reds. - Japan, now *Pacific Coalition* developed a new superweapon to match the ultimate power of Yuri's Psychic Dominator, they called *Psionic Decimator* from Red Alert 3.

Well, the Dominator dealing continous damage makes its mind control really pointless unless the unit is strong enough to live through the vortex.

It only deals damage to structures. Units are mind controlled.
And now it also only will mind control 'some' units makes it arguably not very useful
