They have to be charged by an arm of the govt which CAN make criminal charges and there has to be due process...some sort of trial. What is the legal precedent that they actually violated a law by controlling the content on their own platform? They should have as much protection under the 1st amendment as anyone posting on their platform. Until/unless there is a legal basis to say they are on the order of a public utility which cannot arbitrarily 'shut off' power without specific justification, this will merely continue to be something for folks to complain about.
