I remember when my wife told me that shes pregnant with our first and only son, I was so excited and happy at first, but as the days goes by I started to think about the changes in our life, the futures the responsibilities and I just had a anxiety attack:)… but as years goes by as your kid grows you will realize that this is something magical and very special, you will never exchange this feelings with anyother else:)… so my suggestion to you is to enjoy the journey:) you will love it ❤❤❤

Lalo yung di ko afford dati lol. Yung kumain ka lang dati doon dahil may nag “blow-out”. lol BTW, I love that Chef is not so full of himself or such a snob na di niya ma appreciate ang luto ng iba. If I can offer one piece of advice, it's to remain calm and relaxed. Babies can sense if you're stressed or panicked, so try to stay composed. Also, the best milk for the baby is breast milk. No matter how pricey formula milk can get, it doesn't compare to the nutrients that a mom's milk provides. For your wife, I recommend eating dishes that include soup, malungay (moringa), and vegetables. Invest in a good-quality pump; if breastfeeding is difficult, breast milk can be stored in the freezer to extend its shelf life. Just remember to warm it before feeding it to your baby.
