We almost tried every restaurant here in Toronto… most of all he also have the same style, his shinny head & his well trimmed beard… missed him a lot everytime I watched you eat together….Good kuck to you guys ! Im not a chef just a simple housekeeper, sobrang gusto ko tlga minsan may magluto din for me. Ung basta kakain ka na lang kasi ako palagi nagluluto. My go to minsan is simple, sardinas lng masaya na ako. Or lutong bahay na alam mong matagal niluto with pagmamahal. Nakaka relate ako kay chef.
That man Josh seems to be a very nice guy..sya yung tipong mapapa order nya ng marami ang costumer dahil mae engganyo sila with that genuine approach na pinapakita nya..

correct me if i’m wrong, but aren’t sunny side up eggs really supposed to be malasado? i don’t know why but i noticed a lot of pinoy restos, specially the tapsihans, serve their sunny side ups with the yolks all dried up. so i find myself always having to specify “malasado” whenever i order sunny side up. 😕
Hi Chef! Have you tried the dimsum at Summer Palace EDSA Shangrila? If not, I highly recommend it. The place is always fully booked. Better call for a reservation before going to make sure.
