No problem! I have been using the filter everyday for about 6 weeks now. I believe the filters should be changed every 3 to 6 months depending on how much it is used. I will definitely be creating another video when it's time to do that. The filters are redily available on Amazon. Let me know if you need a link to them.
Very interesting and good video. Is it possible that there was any tap water residue in the tds meter, which could give a higher tds measure? Thank you for the review!
Do you mean a higher measure for the filtered water? It's possible... I am interested to test it again in the next few weeel\s after we have been using the filter every day for a while now.
Planning on using this for my fish tanks! Is the chlorine level considered safe? And do you really need to change filters every 6 months if they don’t hit the 528 gallon recommendation ? I’ve seen some people say the filters can go 1 year + if being used lightly (
Hi there! I'm not sure about the chlorine levels, as I haven't tested for the actual water contents specifically. Also not sure yet as to how long the filters will last since I haven't had to change them yet. I will probably make a follow-up video when I do.
How many watts to run it? Start up surge watts and then while processing. Matters for DC to AC inverter needed to run it? That way I’ll know what set up to run it when needed.
@@Cabernet2000 good question. Just plugged it into a eufy smart plug to get some estimates. Idle when not asleep is 1.19w. Filtering water is 24.7w. Filling water is 2.97w. And filtering and filling into glass was 26.8w. Hope this is helpful!
Are you still using this? If so, are you using any sort of mineral/electrolyte additive? By the way, I've watched three reviews prior to this, and they were more-or-less promotional garbage. And I also want to point out, since this is obviously a newer channel, that your video and audio is really good, man. And you're very presentable. Although I was looking for a more in-depth analysis of the product's performance, this is the only non-BS review I've found, so far.
Thanks for stopping by and watching the video and for the nice compliment about my video. I have really been loving this filter. I have been using it every day, mostly because I love how the water tastes. I find myself drinking way more water than I would out of the fridge filter because the RO filtered water tastes great. I don't add any sort of mineral additive to the water. I will sometimes add some regular ice to my cup and still drink regular water, and have a very balanced diet, so the reduction in minerals from my home drinking water isn't something I am personally concerned about. Let me know if you have any other questions about it.
Tank strainer and screen cleaning, page 18 of the manual. The instruction are not clear on how to remove these elements: there is any video that shows how?
Here's what they said: "the strainer filter at the bottom of the water tank can be pulled out directly. Just give the stainless steel mesh a quick brush to clean it." I can make a video next time I do it, but might not e for a while. Let me know if there's anything else I can help with!
Great review! Quick, clear and to the point. I just ordered this system.
@@HighlanderMikeGolf glad to hear it was helpful! Thanks
Thanks for this video. What about the supplies for change the filters? How much do they last? Is easy to get new filters??

That would be great! I’m curious to see how it goes. I just bought a filter. From what I see from your video the results were great!
@@frederikdejong5423 I can't tell you how much I love how the water tastes out of this filter. It's great.

I didn’t flush it to start using it 🤦🏻♀️ how bad is that?

Does it has a re-mineralization to compensate the mineral loss?
This system does not have re-mineralization.

2 on bottled water??? I’ve never seen 2. 39 is ok but not great. Under 10 ppm is what you get from WAtts RO. Maybe do another with another tap source.
@@Cabernet2000 I could definitely test again. I would think that a larger under sink type RO would be lower than 10
