Dude, remove the fire alarm battery, which is there inside. We used to do it in our apartment in Dublin, Ireland. And then you can again put it back when the cooking is done.
The same thing happened to my neighbor, he was cleaning the top portion of wall with broom and accidentally touched the fire alarm and boom it went off, in 5minutes the fire brigade arrived and gave hime a pretty bad scolding for not picking up the call when they called him😂
