Mine won’t pair I did the account and everything went smooth but on the last step when I have to pair my phone to the glasses, it just stays on the pairings part with out connecting

Here is my problem, my meta quest 2 is connected to wifi, at one point it was asking me to enter the 5 digit code, which i couldn’t see, because I have low vision, it’s not asking me anymore, is that step important? How do I get to that step again? When I turn on the head set, I see the headset moving around, what is the next step?, because it’s not doing anything, nothing happens when I Press the buttons
@@Wolf-xu1fj i think im late right? Lol. factory reset your oculus. Press power button and volume down button and hold them for 30 seconds . Then follow the instructions. I think that would work.
mines says update is required before i can pair !! what do i do i cant set up wifi its stuck on the white screen with the oairing number

Help- Somehow I have two emails attached to my meta quest account. Im trying to remove them both, haven't been successful. I deleted the app, to no avail. I can not enter a pin for meta quest. Tried deleting facebook also to no avail. Is there anything you know of that would enable me to create the oculus account.

So I’ve had my vr for maybe 1-2 years. And I wanna use it. But I need to set it up. So when I pair it, it pairs with something else. Because it keeps saying “put 5 digit code” and I don’t see the 5 digit code. And my brother have a vr. But I need to pair it when he’s not in it. Also does the foam thing for your eyes disconnect smth? When you don’t have it? Because mines broke and I’m getting another one. I’ve been using my brothers.

Small problem, amigo. What would happen, hypothetically, if I am signed into my account, the meta one, in the exact same room you're in, and I do not see an oculus settings option because they keep updating everything and changing everything so then it'll confuse you.
I dont understand where you see the code you are supposed to enter in the app. The app asks for a 5 digit code, but in my headset I see a 7 digit code with both numbers and letters please help

I just got a new oculus and I set up everything but when I try to pair I type the code in but then it just says unable to connect to headset and I did all the trouble shoot methods and factory reset and reboot but nothing works
update your iOS on your iphone
make sure Bluetooth is on and wifi. have nothing else connected to your Bluetooth.

@@TechandDesign sorry if this is late but there was a problem with that oculus I got and GameStop replaced that one with a new one because I tried all the troubleshoot methods and nothing worked but thank you for the tips on how to fix it!

Our vr set when you put it on it only shows a screen of bubbles and it doesn’t show a settings or anything else

you can just create another Facebook account if you don’t want to use your personal one
So I have an issue with my set up, I may fucked up my account, I was transferring my oculus account to meta since I would have to in January anyway, so it’s now a meta account with my email however I never realised I needed my oculus to pair my device with my phone with a code so now I can’t play anything. Everytime I get a pop up it gives me a 8 digit code I think and puts me on something that does not give me the chance to use the code. What do I do?
I already got the right controller working from pulling out the black thingy but i cannot see the black thingy on the left and i cant play without taking it out PLEASE HELP
I had this problem too and i wanted to check the batteries and the black thing was stuck there. After I took it off it started to work

there is always a way around things but why don't you want to use your controllers?

I can’t seem to log into the Meta app it just keeps saying something went wrong and before that it kept saying wrong password even though it definitely wasn’t

you can setup without it. But I would suggest just signing up for facebook - its free
i would pay for help....all my messages from contacts show up in my meta app but in myheadset msgs dont show up and those same contacts show up a "FaceBook User" and i dont see msgs.
however i was admin on another headset which like the app showed all my msgs,in efforts to solve problem i removed myself completely from other headset and it didnt fix anything.
please help ,if i even typed this out in an understandable way

@@user-vb1dj6fj7z and on 1 of my quest2 headsets the camera app has an option to GO LIVE but the other does not. the one that doesnt is the 128gb version but both are up to date software wise
