I got same problem with speed vents and Prana on those super thight U turns (only front though). That was one of the reasons I've move to Trip, and with karma wheels I'm back to have same issue. Never than less, this problem is marginal. Wheels are rolling over everything!
Turning normally likely won't but if you hit a small bump at an angle it's possible the wheel will jamb up into the board. You may not be turning, the wheel turns into you and your forward momentum. I've noticed this if I take a roll curb or dropped sidewalk at an angle. Doesn't take much to file away the board for clearance and if you're good it will look factory.
People always want to go Max....go with the Mango Vents and ride without fear. I honestly prefer the TRIP over the Prana, takes the bumps better, little faster.
@@skate-horizons ah i see, i look forward to the video because I want to buy a pranayama but not until I know for sure I won't experience wheelbite :))
With the Venom 98A SHR Freeride Bushings (Zak Maytum in this hemisphere) boardside, one can use the Pranayama with the Dad Bods. Its then the same height as the Trip with 85mm wheels. Perfect for me with size 11 feet. -> imgur elq2guV 1tNlz9G
@@skate-horizons Sorry man i didnt see! You have the same setup as me but you don't use the major arc trucks. I will post a video later on to show you what a difference major arc trucks can do to this setup! But first i needed to know all details wheel base, turning radius and total weight to have a good idea what I am using, you provided me with all the info I needed thx for that!!! For now I can say order the major arc trucks when they are availible!!! You will be amazed!!!!

How Pantheon recommend Hoku on Prana if it can not hold Karma?

Apparently this doesn't happen with the stylus trucks
Im still not 100% sure on them. For straights they are unbeatable. Im gonna test further!
@@skate-horizons Might want to consider trying the stylus then, apparently wheelbite with karma wheels and stylus trucks on a pranayama is impossible.
@@youhavetwoyil I have that setup, lets see, good topic for another video :)

@@youhavetwoyil Then just go for the mango SpeedVents. Thing is a lowrider, fast and fun af!
Nice & Thanks :)
Would you recommend the karmas or the mango vents?
Go with the mangos!
Its the safe pick that will work great!
