Hi mate, the car may pull to the left because of the road inclination, its by design to drain water off the road surface. Check if the car goes straight when driving in the middle lane when the road is definitely even.

Thanks for your comment. After rotating tyres, feel better. Still pull very slightly to left but possibly due to the road.

should be able to have steering adjustment via diagnostic tool
Get tracking checked somewhere else. See if they say it’s normal or not. If not go back to first tyre shop! Sounds very much like a geometry issue.
