是做了兩次填充。因为當時已经有八萬多公里，為了能夠盡量把舊的冷卻液换走，所以先填充一次，暖車后又換了一次。另外原因是我的知識點停留在90年代。道理上如果用電水泵，水泵打開了，發熱器也打开讓冷卻液通過是可以的。但是没有找到Volvo相关的操作方式，我知道BMW是可以的，不需要發動引擎。看過有Volvo車主提到過應該按照Vida的方式，抽真空換冷卻液，否則有空氣會過熱。我没有Vida就冒險手工填充了。

@@eyhpoon 我也在研究抽真空這件事，但需要工具。 Volvo偏向機械式的水泵，要完成沒有空氣，只有靠自然滴漏或是跟你一樣打開暖氣強制循環🔄。 Prestone 他們有水箱清洗劑，也許你也可以看一下，我也開柴油車。台灣的保養費蠻貴的🤣⋯能自己弄就自己處理。 零件國外很好買台灣很封閉。

@@alinmacovei50 I would not have a clue. I think you need to check if your seats are "heat equipped". If they don't have the hardware, enabling software would not work.

@@N1BNfilms I have no idea. A bit of google shows QPM35 is for Nagra 4.2. I think it is not the same.

Possibly not 100%, but the space I worked on its pretty level. I possibly not explained it well in the video, but I monitored how much I drained and how much I put in every time and the last fill was quite close to the 1st time I drained it. The down side I had was my scanner did not read the transmission temperature, so I let the car idle for 20+ mins and let it fully warm up and then set the level.

@@eyhpoon Thanks for the reply, and well done. I think VDASH shows that data so I might be ok with that bit. I'm just concerned the car won't be level hence the fill level won't be right.

@@thenguyen5659 Possibly not easy, there are quite a few genuine parts supplier I use in China which could be easily found in Taobao. I know people might comment oh are they going to be fake or whatever. I don't think they are, don't forget there are tones of Volvo sold and running in China. Also the suppliers I use they actually checked VIN number, and give quotes for genuine, OEM and non branded parts. Nevertheless I compared to the parts already installed on my car and I can't tell the difference. Depending on the parts, most of the time the price is quite the same as supplied in the US, but I have the option to ship by sea from China to NZ which save me a lot of shipping cost.

I have to say I am not a professional and I did not have the tool nor the procedure to do a vacuum bleed. After the first couple of days after I filled up the coolant, the coolant level in the bottle dropped and I keep topping it up, and I think the 3rd day it suddenly had a big dropped and the low coolant warning light came on and I need to fill the bottle up, approximately about 1L. And since then, the coolant level have been stable and I did not have any warning anymore. Haven't had an issue since then, may be I was just lucky.

There were in the beginning in the video but was corrected afterwards, the shinny surface face downward and air extract out of the case as instructed by case manufacturer. Thank you.

@@eyhpoon yeah dealer said that normal and i dont want to spend money yet because i have extended warranty so i might use to it until it worn out more for them to replace. Anyway, how much you bought all the parts to replace?

Are you referring the bolts to secure the caliper brackets to the hub? I cannot remember the size now, but I do use a socket with a long bar. I think to tighten it, the spec was 200Nm which requires quite a bit of force.

@@cosaosa2855 No idea, I didn't measure it. It was supplied as a set so the fitting was correct. I suggest you check with manufacturer for your spacers.

@@chenlingwen I did use a torque wrench and believe I installed the oil filter properly. The only mistake I have made was I did not prime the new oil filter with oil.
