Carne Asada Fries from STCG Marinade 4 big cloves of garlic A bunch of cilantro Tsp Cumin, salt, pepper 2 TB brown sugar, soy sauce, 1/2 C Avocado oil Juice of a lime Blend Reserve 1/3rd cup Combine flap or skirt with marinade in Ziploc bag Marinate in the fridge for 1-3 hours Start baking frozen fries Guacamole Cube up an avocado Add 1/4C diced tomato and onion Tbsp of cilantro and adobo sauce S&P Juice of half a lime Fold so it stays chunky Mexican White sauce 1/2 C sour cream Dash of milk 4 cloves crushed garlic Juice of half a lemon or lime Tsp of cayenne and cumin Salt and pepper Dash of hot sauce And we mix Cheese Sauce 1 C cheese whiz 1/2 C Monterey jack Tsp of cayenne Warm over low heat Carne Asada Grill the steak on high heat Rest the meat Remove and slice thin against the grain, and chop again to cubes Build Fries down, Cheese sauce, carne asada, white sauce, guacamole, Garnish with cilantro, drizzle reserved marinade over.

I gave the carna asada fry's ideal to Filbertos in 1985 in Mesa Arizona. Couldn't find chili fry's so l asked them to put there meat on fry's with red sauce and cheese. They blew up all over Phoenix and other restaurants started making it all over the USA and Mexico.

I think he was just trying to illustrate how you too can use your massively expensive, ignore the heating source more people are likely to own (a grill), pizza oven to meet its best potential. I mean, eggs in a pizza oven! Toast! Can you not see the possibilities!? The way he displayed the fries cooking in that pizza oven convinced me to buy my fourth one! I will be sure to mention Sam so he gets his kick-back. I can't wait to take pictures of my Chosin oil tuna salad sitting in my brand new oven.

Carne Asada Fries from STCG
Marinade
4 big cloves of garlic
A bunch of cilantro
Tsp Cumin, salt, pepper
2 TB brown sugar, soy sauce,
1/2 C Avocado oil
Juice of a lime
Blend
Reserve 1/3rd cup
Combine flap or skirt with marinade in Ziploc bag
Marinate in the fridge for 1-3 hours
Start baking frozen fries
Guacamole
Cube up an avocado
Add 1/4C diced tomato and onion
Tbsp of cilantro and adobo sauce
S&P
Juice of half a lime
Fold so it stays chunky
Mexican White sauce
1/2 C sour cream
Dash of milk
4 cloves crushed garlic
Juice of half a lemon or lime
Tsp of cayenne and cumin

Dash of hot sauce
And we mix
Cheese Sauce
1 C cheese whiz
