Akuma is owned by Capcom, and they would not allow him to be used by a developmental studio in any way that contradicts their creative vision of him. Said creative vision absolutely includes how strong he is, and what he is capable of. If Capcom allowed CyberConnect2 to use Akuma in Asura's Wrath, it means he is capable of doing whatever he is depicted doing in that game. The issue of events being non-canon relates to continuity, not power scaling. For instance, one character's ending in the arcade mode of an SF game is called non-canon if it didn't actually happen during the events of the game. This has nothing to do with power scaling, since Akuma would not be depicted doing something if he couldn't.

You forgot the speed feat for Yujiro. In the Sumo arc Yujiro blocked a harpoon made to kill whales with 1 finger from a very short distance, that might make him faster than Akuma but still difference in power is way too big. And I'm looking in the canon Akuma, so no Oni no Asura, and still Yujiro kinda gets stomped here. As for the meteor feat I'm waiting for him to drop in SF6 the avatar character will be able to interact with him and like all other he will tell you stories about him self and I expect that meteor feat to be one of them.

Akuma vs Yujiro Hanma is like pitting of Venom against Bane from Batman. While both are bounded by human physics strength almost meta to a point they looked superhuman, sadly Akuma achieved feats that are too impossible for Yujiro in terms of other arsenals to take down the other. And Akuma will sure take advantage of his Shin Goku Satsu on Yujiro, given the bad things Yujiro has done in the past like Penance Stare.

You forgot the speed feat for Yujiro. In the Sumo arc Yujiro blocked a harpoon made to kill whales with 1 finger from a very short distance, that might make him faster than Akuma but still difference in power is way too big. And I'm looking in the canon Akuma, so no Oni no Asura, and still Yujiro kinda gets stomped here. As for the meteor feat I'm waiting for him to drop in SF6 the avatar character will be able to interact with him and like all other he will tell you stories about him self and I expect that meteor feat to be one of them.
That feat was actually calculated to be slower than Baki aim dodging gunfire in the prison arc

Itagaki has absolutely zero power outside of his own imagination. If you take Yujiro's absolute best feats, they still pale in comparison to base Akuma, who has: sunk an entire island, shattered a meteor, and literally kicked someone hard enough to send them into another universe. No weapon on earth begins to approach that level of power.
Instant adaptation also only works on stuff Itagaki came up with. He has zero control over other authors' creations, and arguing otherwise is a no limits fallacy.
There is nothing that could point to that statement being valid since we know he’s not bulletproof and could definitely not tank a nuke

In the Streetfighter universe there is Ki which is like the mystical energy characters use to augment their physical stats and fire magical blasts, perform telekinesis... etc. The Baki verse is closer to our world ,Yujiro doesent use any mystical bullshit enhancements. He stoped an earthquake with a physical punch which is equivalent to several kilotons of force ,like a smal nuke while Akumas feats are all with Ki/Hado . Take away that and Yujiro dog walks him.
