The ANC intends tabling a motion of no confidence against Brink, citing the deterioration of the state of the city. Let us talk about "the deterioration of the state of the city". The city is a mess. Streetlights not working. Traffic lights not working. TMPD just hide under bridges and in the shade of trees, why don't they get out and be visible where it is needed. Look at the illegal taxi rank at c/o Joubert and Justice Mahomed. Sometimes three lanes are blocked by taxis, and signs indicate no stopping. Taxi drivers park there on the road and even leave their vehicles. Why do you guys allow this...? The N1/N4 interchange, those big flood lights not working for months now. It is dangerous, especially with spiking happening everywhere. Jacqui Uys must get a grip on reality and get out more !

@@ProcaviaCapensis-ts8ub I have no evidence at my disposal that the fleet in Jhb belongs to Contractors. I know in Ekurhuleni they predominantly use their own fleet. Contractors contribute minimally with waste collection.
