Guided Relaxation and Sleep Meditation

- Welcome to this guided meditation that will help you fall asleep fast. I will lead you through a deep relaxation exercise before your drifting mind takes a journey to a wild and scenic river with waterfalls, wildlife, swimming holes and gentle breezes. A sense of peace and calm will fill your heart as a golden sunset transitions to a star filled night.

In your last video I gave you some info about trail books. In your area there are a ton of trails right outside of where you live. These trails are good all year round. Good luck in your exploring

@@KennethKramm These trails are not just off-road trails, they are places where you can find solitude and views that will take your breath away and they are just a within 20 miles of your city. My wife and I go all the time . We are in the process of moving out of state or I would love to show you around . We have to be out of this house in 3 wks. But good luck and good exploring
Mr karma we rarely get rain these days because of the drought. However if we do it would be great if you and bob would get together and do a camping in the rain vidio like you did at enchanted rock state park..... as carly Simon used to sing,,,nobody does it better.....

How to set up a hammock so we can sleep with flat back?
Great comment. It’s easy to modify an inexpensive gathered end hammock. Undo the rope that holds one off the ends. Slip into end a strong pole or broom handle. Put screws or bolts into each end of the pole and tine on a strong rope. Attach each rope to a tree. During the past three years I’ve made several videos describing exactly what to do. Check my videos with the words , “half bridge hammock” in the title.
We should get together for one of these my friend. Before too many years pass by.

@@KennethKramm well I am stuck stranded in Arkansas.. man I would love to be with you I don't know if you consider yourself a Bushcraft master.. but definitely have learned quite a bit from you I also like less Stroud the survivor Man.. Bear Grylls is not bad but he's a little extreme I mean he drinks his own pee.. that is absolutely disgusting at least less Stroud doesn't do things like that.. I watch as many bushcrafting channels as I can.. have you heard all of the garbage that's been going around on the news.. I mean with the way things are going we all might be heading for the hills literally.. who's joking I like your channel because it's not full of bull crap
