This channel seems abandoned but thanks to this series I was able to clear data org and yozora on critical, so thanks man! You had the best guides on UA-cam for all these fights
Well damn, this is it huh? I'm getting emotional, I can feel the tears coming. Well, thank you for all your help during these fights. No doubt the best on youtube (And believe me I've looked)!
I appreciate all the support! Where one series ends another will begin! DOOM is here as will RE3 and FF7 Remake in the coming weeks. Plenty to cover there and I hope youll stick around for that.
4 years later and it was just discovered that you don’t have to dodge roll the Gigas attacks. You don’t even have to move at all as long as you have magic available. The color of each Gigas indicates the magic you’re supposed to attack with to one shot them, red with fire, yellow with thunder, and blue with ice/water.
A few extra things you might or might not know: -You can also punish the first sliding barrage if you time an attack correctly (easiest is Thunder). This is actually pretty easy on Phase 1, but it gets trickier on Phase 2. -Technically, you could punish every Shock Pyramid if you manage to throw a hurtbox safely, like the shockwave of a keyblade transformation or an Ultima combo. -He can repeat the mini-DM armor phase if he revives with a kupo coin. Not that I've experienced it myself. -You can also punish the Health Drain move while he is draining by airstepping towards him and attacking, though it is unsafe and obviously impossible during a No Damage run. This way you could punish his low health variation of the move. Haven't found a way to punish that one on a No Damage run. -You can punish the Keyblade Steal attack by attacking him from a distance while he is running. He will retreat and try again, but after a few times he will just nope out and you get an opening. It's really not worth it but technically possible.
This is amazing! Yozora looks really well designed. Really like how you break these boss fights down. I managed to no dam 4 data bosses in one night after watching your vids lol….. plus i abused counter shield since it tears through armour DMs lol.
On Phase 1 Move number 5: Laser Barrage: You can also block the 6 laser shots and airstep towards him for a combo as it scares him off to ending the laser chain and jumping away, due to how sticky Sora's attacks are you will have little problem punishing him for this, if you aren't feeling too confident on your dodges. It's a bit different as you can block the first 3 lazers with just one block press then the last 3 with another one block press. Just be sure to shotlock target him on the 6th lazer attack as he teleports in place making it so that the target is lost if you just lock on him with the shotlock targetting making you unable to airstep towards him. Up to you whether you prefer dodging or blocking this. On Phase 1 move number 7: Crossbow Slide Into Delayed Red Sword Strikes: You need to move closer to Yozora after the first crossbow slide as he is slicing the air 3 times. Being far away from where he is when he disappears makes it so that the reprise command wont appear and you wont be able to punish him into a combo. On DM: Like Lingering Will, Yozora has a small chance to do this move at the start. If he does then the rest of the fight will be on phase two. He doesn't use his DM twice from I've seen so this is great if you are practicing him and would like more time learning his phase 2 movesets.
man i´m new and I was an instant subscriber i love this channel the way you help during the fight detail to detail i beat the bosses in a way i never think i could THANK YOU SO MUCH
I don’t know if you are still active at all and will see this, but I recently played through all of the kingdom hearts games on proud and beat them in the last few months. I did all the secret bosses and remind data fights plus yozoroa. KH3 was my favorite so I decided to play through it again on level 1 crit and just beat Yozora. Your guides helped a lot for the remind data fights. Thanks pal. What a journey. Luz Noceda will be in Kingdom Hearts IV.
Yesterday I finally finished my Critical No Damage All Pro Codes Data Org run and I gotta say: thank you for all of your guides. I had already beaten Yozora before I started with Data Org, but I'm tuning in anyways.
Man I just came back to this game after re:mind released and felt like playing the game on critical with a few of the challenge codes added in. This fight has been brutal for me because I never even beat the whole data org on my first run. I had to learn them on critical but this one is just insane! His giga phase keeps beating me
You are a legend, thank you for this, you account for everything and I love that. This guide is gonna help a ton, confident I can beat him now thanks to you!
Kinda pointless now, I'm sure a lot of people already know this, but I'll say it anyway, Yozora can start the battle with his DM phase and the rest of the battle is basically the second phase of the fight. Learned this tip the hard way 🙃 Also amazing tutorial as usual, I tried my hardest to beat him on my own but I was like nope!
I finally beat all org xiii (Ansem and Xemnas on 1rst try, I couldn’t believe myself) but wanna say that your guides helped a lot especially for some like Terranort, Saix or Xion (who was difficult but fun). So thanks. I believe I’m gonna need your guide for Yozora because I got beaten without even being able to do anything ahah. I will look forward your videos on FFVII remake :)
A little unfortunate bizkit came up with a guide first and I used his to beat yozora. And then whaddya know, your vid comes out after I beat him. I’ll give u credit tho, he did not mention there was a punish after his health drain move. One of his methods actually got me hurt, he said to use Ariel for the gigas mechs to take no damage, and needless to say I did get damaged.
Reprisal only works if you are relatively close to the target. So whenever you see Yozora slashing from far away, you must get close to him or else the reprisal prompt won't appear.
Curtis I am gliding away from his health drain beam but I still get caught. I don't know why? Basically on the 2nd or 3rd beam he points his beam at ME instead of the space where I WAS. :(
he actually looks pretty scripted and simple enough to telegraph once you’ve practiced enough ngl, kinda the same with LW… can’t wait to take him on and beat him but it may take a while 😅😂
Hi I'm confused. I'm trying to attack during the sword charge and crossbow slide moves. However there's a problem it's got 50% consistency. Sword clarge - sometimes he cancels earlier when I approach him and I can't block in time. Crossbow slide - when blocking the reticules, I don't always get a prompt to counter. So I have to pray I land the parry or I get hit. Can you help me understand why these are happening?
If Yozora cancels earlier than your attack could reach him, you are too far away. If you want him to appear closer, then you got to manipulate the camera so it faces the invisible boundary (not too close where Yozora couldn't appear at all). If not you have to airslide then flash step + cancel. KH3 buffer system is so good that if you input another action while you are in an attack animation, it will play out even if you don't pressed it after the 1st animation. So its recommended to not mash too much when trying to go into attack cancel and most definitely not with quick slash. If you are not confident with physical attacks, then use projectile magic like fire, blizzard or water before dodging/guarding. Do note that if Sora cannot guard/dodge until the spell casting animation is over. For the crossbow slide, you are too far away from Yozora last position to do a reprisal. Get close to Yozora when he starting to do those slashes from afar and the reprisal prompts will appear.
Hey, great guide! I also managed to figure out the other day his attack pattern: www.reddit.com/r/KingdomHearts/comments/fmcq6g/yozora_attack_pattern_flowchart/ I haven't followed it exhaustively so there may be some mistakes. But it's accurate enough for a L1 All Pro Codes, Critical Mode, Kingdom Key run. So it's pretty accurate! I would love to see a video about it, but I don't have the skills.
Nope. This fight is basically impossible. You're the second guide I've watched an honestly both have said the same thing and both have been absolutely wrong. Not a single one of his attacks are blockable. His openings are correct, but the only way to avoid his attacks is to dodge them and pray to whatever god you believe in. That being said. Do you know of any ways to cheese him? Or am I just SOL?
Yeah.... You got some screwed up abilities or something? Almost all red attacks are blockable. Idk if theres colorblind settings but that might help. The blue attacks are unblockable. Not sure what specific issues your having but give me a reply and ill try to help if you still need it.
This channel seems abandoned but thanks to this series I was able to clear data org and yozora on critical, so thanks man! You had the best guides on UA-cam for all these fights

After 5 days I finally defeat him, a big thanks to this video, you helped me a lot!

Great video, this fight kicked my ass. Throughout limit cut I kept on thinking it couldn’t get any worse. This fight proved me wrong lol
Oh it can always get worse

And here I thought I had done a solid job of covering everything 😂 Come work for me.
Thanks for this guide V_V so much headache but without this i would never have won on critical
Since this is the only guide to mention all the openings, this is thus, the best guide on Yozora.
Your channel is actually extremely underrated for the quality and accuracy of these guide and would like to thank you for this!
Getting "my shit pushed in" is definitely a understatement.
Hahaha I cant scare everybody away.
I thank you for this guide, just beat yozora. Whenever I didnt recognize an attack I paused and came here and it helped me so much. Tysm
This is amazing! Yozora looks really well designed. Really like how you break these boss fights down. I managed to no dam 4 data bosses in one night after watching your vids lol….. plus i abused counter shield since it tears through armour DMs lol.
Still best guides on youtube for these data battles on critical mode. Just beat Yozora. Hope you come back for whatever super bosses KH4 offer!.
Thanks bro', with your guide, i have killed Yozora in the maximum difficulty after a lot of ragequits, thanks. ♥️

Thanks to your helpful guides I both reached and beat him on Critical 👍

This is definitely my personal favorite guide, you made it super clear and straight-to-the-point, thank you!!
Yesterday I finally finished my Critical No Damage All Pro Codes Data Org run and I gotta say: thank you for all of your guides. I had already beaten Yozora before I started with Data Org, but I'm tuning in anyways.
hold up, don't you need to beat the Data Organization before fighting Yozora?
@@keeganlafferty1395 I meant the All Pro Codes run. First I beat them all, then I started the run.
Thanks a lot for tour guides man! You did an amazing job explaining step by step each fight!
Man I just came back to this game after re:mind released and felt like playing the game on critical with a few of the challenge codes added in. THANK YOUU I've been trying to beat him for MONTHS

Happy to hear it. Only 2 weeks away!
Didn't think I was good to reach Yozora 2 weeks ago but here I am. I'll be taking notes from this video for sure 👍🏼
I finally beat yazora it was hard but I owe you for basically helping me win thank you dude
Just beat the boss on critical thanks to this guide. Thank you.
Just finished all of kingdom hearts 3 thanks to you!
Great video!!! Thanks
Thanks to Curtis Sensei and a little bit of someone else I beat all the super bosses. *waves and leaves while walking away*
I can’t watch until I’ve made I’ve made it here..
A little unfortunate bizkit came up with a guide first and I used his to beat yozora. And then whaddya know, your vid comes out after I beat him. Eh. what can you do. Bizkit has been at this for a while so of course he'll get around to it faster than I will... for now.
I wouldn't say the boss is hard. But it's a matter of remembering attack order and timing.
Thats the whole reason it is hard though lmao.
I beat him on about the 3rd try...Luxord took me about 50 >
Why don't I get the reprisal when blocking his distant crossbow attacks? At 4:56
Reprisal only works if you are relatively close to the target. So whenever you see Yozora slashing from far away, you must get close to him or else the reprisal prompt won't appear.
One year later still haven’t beaten him. Idk what else to do. Heck I even got a new controller bc I kept thinking my old was defective.
Basically just get good😂
Curtis I am gliding away from his health drain beam but I still get caught. I don't know why? Basically on the 2nd or 3rd beam he points his beam at ME instead of the space where I WAS. :(

counter slash didn't come up when i blocked his 3 lasers
Imma be real I didnt understand how to dodge the triple fakeout thing I used another link on that part lol. But I managed to beat him!
how u do reflects in kh3?
Wtf why does my fight always start different :'(
His attacks happen in any order
wow this battle is hard XD
Bro is easy I defeated him
Hey, great guide! I also managed to figure out the other day his attack pattern:

Well when it comes out of course I will
I DID IT I DID IT I DID IT I DID IT I DID IT YES!!!!!!!
I mastered all of Yozoras attacks and beat everyone on critical. I am a KH master

Lol this made me laugh hard, just defeated him today, shit wasn’t easy, part of the 0.11% on Xbox series X players😂
Steal your kupo coin XD. Man I never thought this game would cheat so bad
Thank you, why didn't i find your channel sooner, would've really helped with Saix 🥲 at least i don't have to fear Yozora too much now! subscribed!
