As soon as I finished the fight I was thinking about telling you, this was really helpful. I don't know how you get to know how to evade the sword from your back, I made something different

Got immense tips from this vid thanks, he has some seriously cheap moves the soab but I finally beat him! The blue target and change in that sequence kept catching me off guard
:How I beat yozora:
1. When he used the lazers to trap you use final form with ultima keyblade and use finisher on it, it will stun yozora on the first trap and move to another combo
2. When he try to steal your keyblade dodge roll away from him then guard then dodge roll twice cause he will try to steal it two extra times.
3.when he tries to scan you use king's flare to destroy his armor.
4. Dodge roll backwards when he puts his sword behind you do get a better chance of guarding it then quickly get to him before he disappears to another combo.
5. If he does his desperation move meaning he will go the center of the stage and point his sword in the air all you have to do is guard two red and two blue lazers if your quick enough after the second blue laser you can focus step to him and attack him.
6. Soon after that he will try his best to hit you then red and blue lazers but this time from far away just guard the red and roll away from the blue but be careful cause he does them fast and is very hard to dodge.
7. After you successfully do the previous one the orb in the sky will shatter and the area turns white then yozora will send a couple replicas of himself at you but all you have to do is guard at the right moment.
8. After you dodge him he will send robots at you all you have to do is use Sea Spectacle
(Ariel) to finish them all off then yozora will come at you again and you can guard this one too.
9. After the robots the area will turn to the other stage and yozora will try to hit you with all he can and even send out replicas of himself to attack you while also putting his sword behind you I mainly dodge with all I can and hoped for the best and made it to the third part of his desperation combo.
10. In Third part of desperation combo a fireball will appear in the center of the area and the white floor will start to disintegrate and yozora will be coming from behind you but what I did was summon simba for king's flare and didn't use my finisher until the fireball exploded cause if you time it right you can destroy yozoras armor in the process after the fireball.
11. This is kind of like the first but instead of guarding his sword swings the ones when he holds the sword in position for a strike if it is blue you need to dodge roll cause if you don't and get hit by any blue lazers it decreases your max health for a period of time.
12. Almost at the end hopefully you have a few ethers just enough to summon king's flare again mainly to hurt yozora but also heal you in the process but luckily he uses some of the combos he used in the first of the fight.
13. Watch out while your fighting him at the end cause he can trick you by not using his combo to steal your keyblade for awhile cause he will resort back to trying to do it so remember if yozora is running at you he most likely is trying to steal your keyblade but also remember to use you final form cause it will deal a lot of damage too.
14. To be honest I was lucky at this point cause I kept using this same method for about 10 to 20 times or more until I learned the moves and adapted to the match but also remember for equipment use equipment that had the most defense to have a better chance of beating him.
15. But everything else this guy is showing you works like a charm once you are used to doing it over and over then you most likely can beat him but this guy helped me beat all my previous data battles I just used king's flare for most of them except luxord cause it's a card game so I used curaga on him I wasn't recording beating yozora at the time all I have is a short recording of getting the trophy and it almost brought me to tears after seeing myself beat him finally and all without a kupo coin cause really didn't have one and didn't know how to get one.

I have finally beaten him! I tried the fight a lot back in 2020, and I couldn't defeat him. I tried it again after 3 years, and this time I could do it! Thank you Pedro 🤘

Also I can add that the whole animation when you lose your Keyblade can de avoided if you time the dodge well
I am lv 99 normal w Ultima Weapon and honestly I just want to finish the fight for the achievement (I am even trying to cheese it with Ariel haha)

I did figure out a little extra tip for his Laser rush attack at around 4:30. If you dodge into it after the second block, you will dodge the third laser. You can use this to close in on Yozora on the second volley of lasers and if you’re close enough, he’ll jump away and be open to attack. It’s rather risky, though, so your safer bet is just to block all three sets of lasers.
Also for those who jump during his attempt to steal your key blade, he’ll bat you back down to ground floor where key blade theft is almost certainly guaranteed.
Hey everyone, I also noticed that when he does his 5 red lasers move at the end you can foxus jumo on him and get a combo in. Also, when he disappears to do the attack that drains your commands you can acctually stun him by casting thundaga randomly after a few seconds from when he disappears. It doesn't work all the time but sometimes it does.
Additional tip for one more punish : you see this attack where he fires a bunch of red lasers from far away and in a row ?
He's doing like : 6 red lasers * PAUSE* 3 red lasers.
If you cast thunder during the pause, you get an opening for attack.

I finally beat him!! So I managed to keep him on check and deplete his health up until he had half his life (DM moment) then I honestly just cheesed him with the Ariel summon and spent 5 elixirs so I could summon again as consistently as possible and well finally I beated him!!!!!!!!

im assuming these strategies also apply to Critical Mode right? the attack patterns are the same but it's just the damage and HP difference?

I cannot dodge the second pyramid contraption to save my life, I know its dodge the first one, block attack, dodge the second one then magic. But I can only dodge the second one like 1 in 50 times, and when I do he is already out of it so magic does nothing.

Cast Water and airstep during Yozora’s Scan and you can get a healthy combo without losing items
I still can’t get right the timing for the Pyramid, I end up charging my MP always before he tries this so I can’t cast Thundaga.
Also when he tries to snipe I still can’t get right the dodges...

trying to do it on critical mode atm. pain. so much pain. i have gotten down to his last health bar and then ran out of mp and items to heal. almost have everything learned and known now so now its just a case of making sure i dont mess up.

I was gliding in ultimate form away from his scanner that takes items and it made me do my finish move which stopped me and then the scanner hit me and stole my kupo coin

Good news is you don't really have to use Pro Codes on him if you get enough points before him, you can theoretically only fight 10 data battles for enough points
@@randomnessftwman true. But I still need to top 10 of these guys with most pro codes. That takes more than a smile and a wink. My all pro codes play though is to Corona. I'll get there.
@@mattsully2238 I did the math and I think you'd only need to do 8 battles but yeah even if you have to fight all 13 data battles with pro codes it would be better than fighting Yozora at all...I just beat him and idk how I can do it with restrictions lol

That fight, was absolutely insane... it took me 5 HOURS to beat him on standard mode when I fought without knowing anything in advance. I highly suspected when he stole the Kupo coin that he would likely use it so I basically restarted if he ever managed to get it from me. I also noticed instead of him doing the armored rush attacks after his ultimate that he completely changed it up on you and used something completely different. This man was clearly programmed to troll you into oblivion. Even though I didn't really need the guide I enjoyed seeing it though.
I know I just started trying to beat this guy, but he keeps depleting my health in seconds! WHO'S BRIGHT IDEAD WAS IT TO HAVE YOZORA HAVE NO PATTERN AT ALL?!?!?! This means that I have to watch this video as a whole enough times and try to memorize every single detail, but when I'm actually playing the game, it's hard to remember everything! And in all honesty, is the ending really worth when the ending cutscenes are pretty much the same? (1. The winner defeats the loser (Sora crystalizes/Yozora vanishes). 2. The winner ends up in the Final World. 3. Yozora (ONLY Yozora regardless of if you win or not) wakes up in his car driven by the "Commander". 4. A combined voiceover of both Sora and Yozora questions if what they went through was real or not. 5. A voiceover of the winner states that none of this makes any sense to him.) The only difference, aside from the winner, is that Yozora's voice actor, Dylan Sprouse, is shown after the ending if Sora wins, but aside from that, you could pretty much lose, see the "lose" ending", then just look up the "win" ending...AND YOU BEAT THE GAME!!!! (SERIOUSLY!!!!!!!!! I NEED AN ANWSER PLEASE!!!!!!)
Finally beat that dickknot by cheesing Ultima Form in the first phase and both Ultima Form and Ariel link in the second phase.
Who is here trying to get the risk taker trophy to 100% the game I'm almost done I have a b and still need to defeat Asem, xemas,sion, and Master xehanort so hopefully I don't need to fight yozora
they actually need to nerf the item steal attack by making it so the items aren't just gone for good and instead are trapped in bubbles that you have to destroy in order to get them back
That would get you killed trust me, you would focus on getting your stuff back rather than Yozora and get killed
@@pedrosgamingcorner3920 well that item steal attack needs some sort of nerf, perhaps those items could be reclaimed by dealing enough damage to Yozora to cause him to drop them
