What if Revenant wanting his head so he can "Die" is just a ploy he's created to become immortal, or something worse? Idk how possible it is, but it'd be a pretty great twist, and Revenant would finally get some relevant story.

Can we move on to juicy Rev lore instead, like finding out if rev's human persona is based off the syndicate assassination or the man you lost everything. I hope it's the latter, imagine if somehow one of his family members survived & become a legend because of rev's programming failure like ash is talking about & they can see its him or some lore entirely different.

the current leader of the syndicate (octane's grandfather, long story) turned the peacekeeping medic group she's apart of into the syndicate's own personal army, and all her friends are now forced to be soldiers. pretty solid reason to team up with the lady who knows the most about kicking syndicate ass

After being reactivated all the way back in season 7 (?) Ash is struggling for control against her human side (referred to as Leigh for clarity). This becomes clearer once she became playable in season 11,as both Ash and Leigh can speak alternatingly. This fact is evident to people who know her,and Revenant is simply taunting her based on the fact that there are basically two people inhabiting her body.
Rev’s head contains his source code, and he wants to destroy it so that he can permanently die, but loba teleported it away to make him suffer, now valk is helping find his source code to kill him and get him out of loba’s life

I honestly don't know why they even try with the whole "finding revenants head" drama. We know they can't kill him because he's a playable character.

The nemesis was originally made by Rampart but Big sis took the design and made it the ‘nemesis’. I don’t know what mirage has to do with it though
