Great job. I’m a 16.3 handicap but in my last 5 rounds I am playing a 12.3 Handicap as my goal is a 9 handicap. I also got great rounds a 76 and an 80 for 18 holes. My game has come alive at the start of this year. Lots of practice this winter has helped. You are doing great keep it up and you will get to the handicap you want. Great golf I really enjoy watching your videos

Buddy, That's a round for the books. You should be more excited. Your so close to breaking out. You bring that game to the course next season and you will for sure be under 90. No roll in the fairway and long greens this round, and you still got it done. That was so good! I have some off season work for you. Find your 80% power swing and distance. And speed up that backswing. There are some fantastic videos showing the benefits of speeding up the backswing. It's a fascinating concept. A lot of the top pro's are doing it. I know you love putting in the work. We see it in the improvements in your game. What a great round. If I'm remembering right. No penalty taken? Only one real topper. That's a clean round. P.S. Love seeing the sub numbers and view numbers climbing. You have earned it.

Solid Golf. I'm a 20 handicap and this is enjoyable and relatable to watch... I recently broke 90 for the first time ever, but I'm now averaging 95. I changed my putter grip to a prayer grip using 2thumbs grip, went to ERC Soft golf ball, and practiced nothing but wedges and putting.
Fantastic positivity young man, personally that is my downfall 1st bad shot of the round (usually by the 2nd) and its the end of the world and my round!!! Enjoying your content, keep it up.

Great round Dennis, well played. Your striking and short game have come along miles in a few months . I'm a similar level and have the same shoes as you - think they're great for late spring til early autumn, but as it gets wet they get a bit slippy. Might be worth getting ones with spikes for the bog, I just grabbed some cheap Footjoys on Vinted and it made a massive difference bro. Keep it goin! 💪🏼💪🏼

Hey Mate, thanks for watching! I’ll do a what’s in the bag type video in a little while 👍 but at the moment 5i is my longest iron and I jump to a 2i from there for tee shots
Another good video but remember, this time of year, the ball doesn’t go as far so you need to club up so, on the 18th, you went with pitching wedge at range of 130-odd yards, why would you do that if there’s no run on the ball on the ground and cold air slows the ball’s flight so reducing distance. If you club up by one club whilst playing winter golf, you ought to see an improvement in your scoring.
Change that 2 iron for a 9 wood or a seven wood as they say in golf if your ever caught in a lighting storm hold your 2 iron over your head as even God cant hit a 2 iron course looks great do they have accomdation for over night ?
@@Phil222G trust me I’ve tried 😂 ironically I don’t mind hitting long irons really. In fact I’d say that’s a stronger part of my game relative to my handicap. I’d love to stripe 3/5woods trust me 😭😂
mate ive watched your golf, sometime less is more, you do try to smash it, slow down have a more even tempo, and get rid of the 2 iron until you get single figures, you mate plays mainly a 5 wood keeps it simple and hits the ball soft, he plays of 8-9, you could get to 16 easy by easing off, you remind me of me when im playing poor

You don’t need a driver for the length you’re playing, a 3 or 4 hybrid off the tee with a 3/4 swing would get you within a gap wedge at worst…Don’t let the corse play you, YOU PLAY THE COURSE! Bud, I love your passion and enthusiasm for sure, but learn to play from the green to the tee box and you’ll become so much better than you ever imagined you could…Cheers
I'm also so confused, I've only seen Dennis use his driver on the par 5's, all other holes he used a 2 iron, I saw Dennis play the course very well, he definitely didn't get played by the course at all. Very well played Dennis

Yeah I fully agree. I definitely struggle swinging softly sometimes it’s a mental thing but we trying 🤝

Yeah it’s a conscious effort to stop coming over the top so much. Doesn’t work every time but just gives my hips a bit longer to clear
