Thanks for the video. I am actually deeper into the game right now, and it definitely helps with the starting build for someone who was into Base PSO2. Will share it around.
Just a note/tip for Resta Effect continuance on the Waker: it does shine most in situations where you end up talking multiple hits, when it's combined with the other passives in that block. If you use a restasigne and take damage you have a high possibility of triggering Retro friends from the damage and still have the heal over time that will likely refill your HP. This has happened to me wait a bit. Retro is on a 30sec cooldown but still found the combo of Retro friends and Resta continuance interesting and useful to me
I went to gunner right away, you don't need stylish onslaught, rising drive (rising too much is already a problem) and Stylish roll counter bullet does pathetic damage, it's not worth using at all. TMG alt arts pp preserve works, hopping between bullet rave and infinite ricochet makes them like 12-14pp, depending on food and if using any performa gear. @@a-casualvillain1168 It's going to vary, but Ranger, Force and Hunter are going to be your main 3. Safest option is ranger, and multi'ing rifle. I appreciate the kind words! If you can find a high level to help you, have them take you into all of the cocoons/towers available. This will give you a bunch of skill points in no time.
I agree about putting skill points into all the weapons of a given class so you can try them out at their fullest potential.. and then resetting the skill tree once you know what to focus on. But the game really discourages exploring classes with how it monetizes on the skill reset passes, to the point where it punishes the player for trying things out. It just doesnt make sense. Maybe we should focus on the weapon you think you like best and only branch out to other weapons later on when you have extra points to spare. And maybe find out at that point, much later in the game, that you like another weapon better. Kind frustrating. Anyways, I appreciate all your guides.
SEGA could learn from other games about allowing free resets. It's just dumb predatory practice to make new players make decisions early on and instantly regret them by putting it behind a paywall. Short Cycle on Hunter CAN be considered if you know there are moments in certain fights where you need only 5-10 seconds of damage resist, however this becomes a skill issue really and I would rather invest those points into static benefits. The Figher short cycle you could consider just so the active timer goes to ~10seconds which is the typical time for down phases, this would cut the cooldown... down so you can have it up more often Status ailments are a joke and can be used for any class. 6:00 - I don't multiweapon, but wouldn't a proper multiweapon setup (or just being good at switching weapons) obviate the need for Launcher Blight Rounds?
Correct. Prior to the introduction of launcher blight rouds, it was necessary to multiweapon in order to be able to use blight rounds which was assault rifle exclusive. Nowadays you could still use that same setup or you can take both and allow you flexibility in your builds. For example, Launcher is a very good multiweapon due to sticky rounds for other weapons. In particular, bow bravers can use launcher sticky rounds for extra PP without wasting too much time in the launcher weapon. Having Launcher Blight Rounds would allow you to run a Launcher/Bow multiweapon if you ever decided to go Ranger mainclass and Braver Subclass.

I thought it is time to try it out. Took a while to get use/figure it out but I think I got the hang of it now. It's a nice addition, and really makes the Force feel less stagnate now lol. Multiweaponing between the two is great.
Also, great video overall will help the new comers!
Good but almost looked like you were only explaining how to get all the skill on the tree, you did gave advice on important core skills, but this can hardly can be called a "guide".
Fair enough!
To be honest, the skill trees are hardly that in-depth compared to base PSO2, and most mistakes made are typically just one or two points poorly being used. So as for a guide this is pretty much as detailed as I felt was necessary. If you have any further questions don't hesitate to join the discord and ask community members~
What is that outfit? UwU

Lmao, there isnt much to the skill trees thats the bottom line here.
@@Thriftshoppin i'll see it first hand in a bit. Downloading now.
Question: does PSO2 able to create multiple characters or one character is all?
