I found a chocolate pie crust on the kitchen counter with a note from my son on it this morning …… it said watch today’s Catherine video ……. He’s your biggest fan ! We made this pie today and loved it !

I made this with an Oreo cookie crust several weeks ago and it was a huge hit. I'll be making it again today for dessert at a small Christmas gathering. So easy and a definite keeper.

Catherine this was delicious…I made my own choc ripple biscuit crust & used a baking paper lined 20 cm (8 in) springform cheesecake pan. A crushed Cadbury flake or two on top & wow this was so so good. Also thank you for the cool whip substitute info, it’s not available here & the whipped cream substitute worked beautifully.
Cream cheese and Nutella! A match made in heaven. Thank you.

Love this recipe,I am going to get a gluten free Graham cracker crust because my niece and great nephew have Celiac and this will be perfect for them and use a regular crust color the rest of us! I enjoy your recipes so much ,you bring joy to so many people!

If you LIGHTLY spray any measuring tool with a cooking spray, your measured product will slide out cleanly. You could also add a few dollops of cream whip for decoration.
But if you spray the utensils, nobody gets to LICK THE SPOON. OR BEATER.😢
I always do that when I'm measuring peanut butter.

This looks good and easy! I think I would add more Nutella , 1/3 cup doesn’t seem like enough unless it would change the texture. Do you think it would work?

I will be making this. Such an easy pie recipe. Your recipe states 1/4 cup of Nutell but you said on your video to add 1/3 cup of Nutella. Which amount should I add?
