I really enjoy your playstyle. Simply put: when you speedrun the game, you speedrun the game; when you PLAY the game, you play it with respect! Loved the video(s)
When I just play in my free time, my playstyle is a mix between the two, meaning I use some speedrun strats but more like in a relaxed style. Anyway, thank you for your appreciation it really means a lot. :)
Can't believe people speed run this in 13 minutes on a single life. I know there's a few shortcuts but still very impressive. I've never even finished the game 🤦🏻
@@the_amiga wow that's impressive well done 👍 I've not played it for years but I love anything to do with it. I remember being a kid and getting an Amiga for Christmas and this was the first game I played on it. Animation and game play was like nothing is seen before. Fantastic game for its time. I think I had this game, but it turned out to be difficult as for me. But I’ll watch the full walkthrough and get nostalgic, thanks for the childhood game. Eeh, I would so like to finish Prince of Persia: The Two Thrones, it was such a cool game, but ps2, alas, something happened to it and I stupidly could not start any of the games.
When I first played it I couldn’t get through the first level. It took hours upon hours to finally finish it. And as a result I know it inside out. However I still haven’t played the ps2 games, although I still have my old ps2 somewhere. Maybe I’ll start looking for a copy of The Sands of Time, but I heard they’re quite hard to find so who knows. Anyway, thanks for watching!
@@the_amiga You're welcome, I love looking at old games that I had and didn't have. I also like to watch new games, but... not always. There are games that gave me unprecedented nostalgia and even helped me to inspire all sorts of art, concepts, stories and so on. Although lately I've been watching more boss battles from different games, but that's not the point. And so, you are always welcome)
You missed 3 large red bottles on levels 3,7 & 9 which could have given you a total of 10 health points, so in my opinion this is not a full game, as far as I know the 2nd game has a cap of 12, but there are more than enough in that game to get there
@@the_amiga alright, I won't argue with that but I do like that fact you did the level 5 cutscene, also a hint for killing some guards is to kill them on switches, it keeps them pressed & keeps some doors open
@@robertwhite3181 yea I usually kill the guards on switches but I didn’t while recording this because a friend of mine said it takes away from the game, which I don’t agree with but I thought, what if someone who watches this would think the same way as my friend does, so I wanted the video be good for everyone.
If google translate is correct, you are referring to the mirror removing my lives right? When the Prince jumps through the mirror his shadow escapes and therefore taking all of my lives except one. Although it would make more sense if his reflection escaped, but yeah, don't look for the logic. I hope I understood the question correctly, because google translate can be pretty inaccurate.
Great job friend, keep it up!
Thank you! 😃
One of the first PC games I ever played as a kid. One word, amazing.
What's your age sir

2 years ago I couldn't beat it just until the 7th level, now I can complete it in 22 minutes so I've come a long way

@@Seventeen_Seconds Thanks, it’s on my channel. Do you have the making of pop journals book? It’s really interesting, I highly recommend it.

Parabéns! A versão SNES é minha preferida. Mas para que ela existisse, tinha que haver essa primeiro.
What I hate is between level 1 and 2, you have to drink th3 right potion in order to open the door and proceed to level 2
That's the copy protection level, if you download SDLPoP it can be disabled in the settings
Before there was Tomb Raider ... 🙂
Oh I love that too
is it still possible to download this old game and play it?
You can download SDLPoP (which is played in this video) from www.popot.org/get_the_games.php?game=SDLPoP
I remember there should have a code page (drinking poison) preventing piracy.
Yeah but since I’m playing on SDLPoP it can be disabled
I think that was on the modernised re-master, not the original
Nice playthrough! Can you beat the game without fighting?
I haven't tried yet. Maybe I'll give it a go when I have some time.
@@the_amiga You can beat the first level without even picking up the sword.
I know. I actually made another video where I try to speedrun the game. If you have some time you can check it out.
How did you do alllll levels without loosing the last life? Amazing
I have done it so many times it just became a walk in the park. :)

I call this full game because it’s from beginning to end. I would that a 100% playthrough since you would max out everything the game has to offer.

Жаль что на пиратках все анимированные сценки были вырезаны.
Super génial
