First Boil 2 cup frozen sweet corn in 4 cup water at medium flame for 5 mins. Then, sieve the corn to remove access water and transfer the corn into a bowl. Then add 1 tbsp cornstarch, rice flour/ all purpose flour, salt as per taste and 1tsp red chilli powder. You can add more chilli powder if you want it chillier. Now, mix them well with the sweet corn. In case, some power gets left behind and doesn't mix well, add 1tsp lemon juice to it. Now, add oil to a frying pan and heat it. Then add the prepared corn to it and fry until it becomes golden yellow. Keep the flame like in starting then slowly put it to medium. When the desired corn is ready (crispyyyy and goldenn) , take it out and separate into a bowl. Now for the sauce, take some oil in a pan, heat it and add finely 8-10 chopped garlic to it. (Low to medium flame) Then after garlic is golden, add onion and saute-saute-saute. Then add chillies and 2tbsp capsicum (or any other veggie upto you.) And fry until good. Don't saute too much as the veggies need to be a little crispy. Now, add 2tbsp tomato ketchup, 1tbsp red chilli sauce and half tsp black pepper powder and mix well until the sauce is ready. Now, add the fried sweet corns in the sauce and cook on high flame for around 2 mins. Your chilli sweet corn in ready!! Serve Hot ;) PS:- tsp= tea spoon Tbsp= table spoon. You're welcome!;)

I had no red chilli and tomato sauce.Instead I substituted with green chill and soyasauce.It came out really well.Amazing dish
