INGREDIENTS:
For Crispy Corn:
* Water(पानी) - For Boiling
* Corns(कॉर्न) - 2 Big Bowl
* Salt (नमक) - Some
* Sugar(चीनी) - 1/2 Tsp
* Cornflour or Arrowroot(कॉर्नफ्लोर या अरारोट) - 2-3 Spoon
* All-Purpose Flour/Maida(मैदा) - 2-3 Spoon
* Oil(तेल) - 1 Spoon
* Green Chili(हरी मिर्च) - 2-3
* Capsicum(शिमला मिर्च) - 1
* Black Pepper Powder(काली मिर्च पाउडर) - 1/2 Spoon
* Salt(नमक) - As Per Taste
* Tomato Ketchup(टोमेटो सॉस) - 1/4 Cup
* Water(पानी) - 1/2 Cup
* Cornflour(कॉर्नफ्लोर) - 1 Spoon
* Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder(कश्मीरी लाल मिर्च पाउडर) - 1/2 Spoon
* Chat Masala(चाट मसाला) - 1/2 Spoon
* Lemon Juice(नींबू का रस) - 1 Spoon
* Chilli Flakes(चिल्ली फ्लेक्स) - For Garnishing
* Coriander Leaves(धनिया पत्ती) - For Garnishing
For Spicy Corn:
* Butter(बटर) - 1-2 Spoon
* Corns(कॉर्न) - Some
* Salt(नमक) - As Per Taste
* Crushed Chilli Powder(कुटी हुई लाल मिर्च पाउडर) - 1/4 Tsp
* Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder(कश्मीरी लाल मिर्च पाउडर) - 1/2 Tsp
* Roasted Cumin Powder(भुना जीरा पाउडर) - 1/2 Tsp
* Chat Masala(चाट मसाला) - 1/2 Tsp
* Chilli Flakes(चिल्ली फ्लेक्स) - 1/2 Tsp
* Lemon Juice(नींबू का रस) - 1-2 Spoon
* Coriander Leaves(धनिया पत्ती) - For Garnishing
For Masala Corn:
* Fried Corns(फ्राइड कॉर्न्स) - Some
* Plain Salt(नमक) - As Per Taste
* Black Salt(काला नमक) - As Per Taste
* Kashmiri Red Chili Powder(कश्मीरी लाल मिर्च पाउडर) - 1/2 Tsp
* Dried Mango Powder(अमचूर पाउडर) - 1/2 Tsp
* Roasted Cumin Powder(भुना जीरा पाउडर) - 1/2 Tsp
* Chat Masala(चाट मसाला) - 1/2 Tsp
RECIPE:
For Crispy Corn, keep the pan on the flame & put some Water for boiling. Then put Corn, Salt & Sugar then boil them for 4-5 mins. Then drain out the Water & put the boiled Corn in the ice-cold water to stop their cooking. Then take them out in a bowl & put some Corn Flour or Arrowroot & All Purpose Flour/Maida on the boiled Corns to coat them well. Fry them in the heated Oil on high flame till it turns crispy.
Keep the pan for heating, put some Oil, long chopped Green Chilli & finely chopped Capsicum, Black Pepper Powder, Salt, Tomato Ketchup, Corn Flour Slurry, Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder, Chat Masala & Lemon Juice & cook them all well. Finally, put fried Corn & mix well. Garnish with Chilli Flakes & Coriander Leaves.
For Spicy Corn, keep the pan for heating, put some Butter & boiled Corn & cook till it gets dry. Then put Salt, Crushed red Chilli Powder, Kashmiri red Chilli Powder, Roasted Cumin Powder, Chat Masala, Chilli Flakes, Lemon Juice & garnish with Coriander Leaves.
For Masala Corn, in a bowl take some Fried Corn, put some Plain Salt, Black Salt, Kashmiri red Chilli Powder, Dried Mango Powder, Roasted Cumin Powder, Chat Masala & mix them all well & serve it with tea.
