1. भुट्टे को उबाल कर उसमें नमक और काली मिर्च मिला लेना।
2- फिर उसमे थोड़ा सा मैदा डालना ताकी नमी सुख जाये।
3- मकई का आटा डालना है उसके बाद थोड़ा थोड़ा छिड़क कर ताकी सबमें आटा लपेट लिया जाये
फिर उसको तेज़ आंच मे तल लेना है
इस्के बाद अदरक लहसुन मिर्च प्याज़ शिमला मिर्च को तेज़ आंच मे भुन लेना है थोड़ा देर। उस्के बाद लाल मिर्च का पेस्ट या फिर शेज़्वान सौस डालना है। फिर काली मिर्च सोया सौस सिरका डालकर मिला लेना है
