    Do these fox 2.0 gave your 4runner a lift? Did it compromised the kdss system? I have a trd off road and I'm looking to upgrade to fox shocks. But I don't know which one I can use. On the trd off road without compromising the kdss system.

      I’m running on Bilstein 6112, not fox. Yes it is 2.75-3” lift at front, and 2” at the rear. I do not feel much impact on KDSS.

    Pretty good video. One of the few videos I've seen where they do some trails like this.. Goes to show how these 5th gens are pretty capable. Stock drivetrain any type of gearing? Kdss or non kdss.

      Thank you. My 4Runner was factory gear ratio at that time. It has KDSS, and was lifted with 285/70/17 bfg KO2.

    How did Atrac perform? If you even used it that is. I'm just curious, haven't been able to test mine out yet. Though I have the sr5 so it's the only feature mine comes with. Yours has all the goodies!

      I used a-track and crawl control both many times. In my understanding a-track is like part of crawl control, just without automatic gas pedal. I used the crawl control in this climb 5:12~6:25. A-track or crawl control really limited the free spinning of wheels push power to the other side. And crawl control definitely did better than I do to push the pedal, it is steady and slow. I think A-track compensates 4Runner to certain level for being lacking of a front locker.

      @@darkviking1109 Yes, I've seen how it works and even through its fairly simple it seems to do just fine in most situations. I'd like to get s trd pro before the newer gen less reliable models comes out. But I like my base model for now. And yeah I could definitely see it working in the clip. Love it. One of the best vehicles ever built I think.

    Hey, just came across your channel, I like the content.
    Just one comment, not a fan a the music. It’s too slow and not exiting, maybe try switching it up and leave some volume from the actual video

      Thank you for your advice my friend, I will try turn down the background music presence and add more field sounds.

    Does your 4Runner have a lift?

    • @darkviking1109
      @darkviking1109  2 роки тому

      Yes, it has about 2.5-3.0 inch lift at front, and 2inch at rear. It also had 285/70/17 at that time.
