Yes sir, they're both great. I feel like Honda has some top of the line mowers, and for their price, I kind of expect them to. Toro is really the same. I think they have a wider variety of models from low-end to high-end, and they're really nice as well. I like to keep an eye on Facebook Marketplace and find deals on used ones. You might keep an eye on that and see what you find! Craftsman is usually manufactured by MTD or AYP, so usually they just have their own spin on whatever models those manufactures produce. The Murry does have a thinner deck . That means it’s easier to push. If you clean the grass clippings away after use , change engine oil yearly and store in a dry place, the Murry will last years.
I've got a mountfield 100cc in the UK which is assume is about equivalent to a Murray, £150, blade is pretty dinged up and needs a sharpen after 2 years of use, starts first pull without fail. I clean out the fuel tank with a hose when I clean the carb of rust due to ethanol gas, just once a year and its a dream. If you put crap in you get crap out so make sure your oil, air filter and fuel is clean and they last forever just like any engine. Sometimes cheap works, with a bit of TLC

I had Honda and I do have Toro now as Toro cuts and recycke the clippings better. Honda is good in built quality but not best in performance. When you compare Honda to Toro use the Toro equivalent which is the Super Recycler and has cast aluminum deck as always had even now in 2020 and is rear wheel drive.

Darkness Very true. These just happened to be three mowers I had at the time. Sometimes I have up to ten. I flip them. Don’t even own a permanent one for myself. Every time I mow, it’s with a different mower lol.

Those Toro's and honda mowers are great mowers. if I can find one for the right price I'll scoop one up to replace my craftsman mower
