I used to listen to your teachings and after a while life happened and I stopped. Girl, I dream like it's my job. I've had some false starts and setbacks and gotten up, and then life smacks me back down... My husband gave me an ultimatum to figure it out by the end of this week or stop complaining or waffling my way back out of my commitments to this familg. Dho!
Well, yesterday, our youngest, a kindergartener brought home his annual gift book from school. Sounds off topic, but stay with me:
It is called The Squish by Breanna Carzoo and described what feels like my life story. It's a kindergarten book but you got to read it!
The end is the best and so true! I won't spoil it for you. Get it as a gift for a little one in your life so you have an excuse to read it.
It's about life's way of knocking us down until we almost don't want to keep getting up because it's so tiring and frustrating... But it has the best ending! And reminds me of your community of dreamers and doers, Terri!

Luckily, I'm blessed my husband is as handsomely dark and works equally hard, at helping our family as Phelps does for gold medals. I'd rather have my husband. But it was 😄 funny. Thanks for the lighthearted joy today!

I've had many dreams but when your parents still live and they Expect for you to care for them as they get older and have a son who also needs care and work full time, it's hard to imagine a dream. I know nothing is impossible for God So I continue to wait through it aĺl..
My dreams are valid
God tells us to love our neighbor; it is the second greatest commandment. When we try to obey that commandment, we open the door to finding God for where love is, there God is also. God engineers our experiences so as to reveal Himself to us. Or as Martin Buber wrote: "The true meaning of love one's neighbor is not that it is a command from God which we are to fulfill, but that through it and in it we meet God." Right there is our purpose, to seek and meet God. Our talents, our abilities, our passions can be for our employment and enjoyment but they are not our purpose. Usually loving our neighbor involves simple things such as companionship, food, clothing, shelter but especially just listening. Simple things.
Then come in my mind if If your wealth increases, don't let your heart get attached to it.
I am still just existing today at the age of 60.. 😢😢😢😢
