      Hello. It's a full year later, but... Although he wasn't perfectly clear, I'm pretty sure it is the bottom, the refrigerator portion, he is addressing. He's in the freezer (top) because that's where the fan is. It blows the cold air from the freezer into the refrigerator, cooling it. I could be totally wrong... :) Someone may come along a year from now disputing what I've said, Or, confirming it. Hope you got your problem resolved, without having to bargain down from your firstborn :). My fridge is too warm. Gonna go in here now & look for that fan in the freezer. Mine is a side-by-side so it will be a hunt... And hopefully I am right in what I told you. But better yet, I think I'll watch a few more videos first. :D
      (Added)--Oh. The "bottom" you spoke of was on the refrigerator, right? I'm sure it was. Who would want their bottom to get cold? (: (& no answers from you 'freaky-deakys' out there :D )
