Hi John Temperature doesn't really matter. The resin is quite thick with about 50% ABS solids as the solvent evaporate the new ABS is welded into the ABS being repaired. The colder the weather the slower the resin cures. It is fully cured when it is hard black and shiny like a new ABS pipe fitting. If you can't make a mark with a fingernail it is cured. Don't try to heat up the area with a heat gun as it will mess up the curing. just give it extra time to cure in cold weather. If you need more help call me 1-866-657-7988 I always answer or give you a call back.
What air temperature range can the bottle of bonding agent be applied to the RV drain connection ?
