this is not hidden...it is tied to a side mission lol..

I don’t get it, at first this want hidden and now I can’t find it

It's because it's a buggy game and there will be a quest that starts once you talk to the guy during the hidden phase of its existence.

@@adamnox2268 yea i just figured that out, i bought shoes and then a cybersicopath or something killed me, and of course i ran out of ammo and once that happens you are dead

Because it only appears after you went in once and then wait some time
