Greetings. My sister recently got day 3 embryos transfer, she was asked to use estrogen tablets and progesterone (injections and inserts) before and after transfer; the question is does she (she is 42) need to continue with estrogen and progesterone after the two weeks wait???

Yes definitely progesterone should be continued for at least 5 weeks
