Buick Wildcat Convertible Custom Up/Down Switch

The factory switch was rusty, very rough, and I think it might have shorted and burned at one point. Haven't been able to find an original replacement, but I think a SPDT (single pole double throw) momentary switch will work. Some vendors sell 'universal convertible switches' which are really just a SPDT momentary switch. A little customization will have looking right at home. Disclaimer - I am not a professional mechanic. I am a hobby restorer and am sharing these videos for the benefit of other people looking for more info about how to fix/restore things.
