The Affair series finale brought me here! Omg, what an amazing ending to an incredible series. I will miss it so much. This song brought me to tears when Helen realized she couldn't live without Noah and had to tell him how she truly felt. It hit me in all the feelings. This song is so so so good. To me this song tells a story about 2 people who are so deeply connected that their love is all they need in this unpredictable world and life. It's about knowing eachother down to the depths of your soul. Me and my hubby absolutely love #theaffair ❤❤
The season finale was what drove me here also. I loved the basic story line from the series, but think they could have told the same story without all the sex scenes. I don't mind a few scattered here and there, but thought these were a bit overdone.

In the beginning, Noah gets a little lost in Helen's smile when rehearsing the flash-mob and afterwards Helen does the same with Noah's smile when she's showing him the dance footage in the motel room. Finding joy in each-other's happiness...

I feel like "race you to the light" is referring to after death. "Don't go toward the light" but they're jot afraid of what's after because they have each other?
