I've had my chestnut for just about two years now, at least twice a day for the Areopress push. I'll have to think hard about changing to this. There is something special about having to do a little work for coffee.
Sounds like the RPM spins up pretty high without beans, I'm sure there's a taste difference with the electric vs hand grinder as a result. Have you compared the taste of both?
He clearly didn't use the espresso grounds for his pour over. He re-ground for the pour over. We literally see him do it in the vid. Those are much coarser than the espresso grind test.

a clear picture of the two grinders next to each other would be great...thanks for the video
Thanks for this. I’ve been looking for something better than the timemore powered version. Have you compared them?
Not yet!
Is there only 4 increments for espresso grind? Is there a way to adjust by smaller increments?
yeah, how many seconds diff per click? Seems like they need to double the adjustments
Man a couple of people busted my man in da stonez a bit my goodness
What is the predicted price range of that?
169usd on INDIEGOGO now
the main problem of such grinders is the plastic gears in their gearbox. They get broken after short time
plastic gears? hell nah to that
So far so good 😊

Depends on the recipes you use, there is no ultimate recipe for any brewing method
