So I used to use this app that included sleep meditations and I'm fairly certain they were led by Michelle. So I had to find her after those, because they always manage to make me fall asleep. I've always needed something in the background to fall asleep. Typically I'd go with music, but whenever I have an especially hard time falling asleep I immediately go to Michelle sanctuary. This is because these videos and stories always managed to help me nod off even on the toughest of nights. Honestly Michelle, you do an excellent job. Your voice is so soothing and your stories really do tempt me into the land of slumber. So thank you so much, whenever I can I use a separate device to try to put on Ambience and music in the background more befitting of whatever mood I'm in, but honestly I don't even need it to fall asleep. The stories are just so creative and they keep my mind from running on that hamster wheel of anxiety.

Thank you! I suffer from insomnia and anxiety among other health issues. I have to alternate sleeping pills every 2wks when I use them because I build up a tolerance easily. I have managed to cut down on the use of them since finding your channel, I turn my phone brightness right down and put the phone near me on the bed and slowly but surely drift away to sleep. It usually takes more than 1hr so I love that you have done some longer collections of stories. Keep doing what you do because you help so many people. Thank you again❤😊

Oh this is my favorite one! I had so many fairy houses and I will put a magnifying glass and look at it in there it just magnifies everything I have so many lit it was made of so many differently things acorns . You would have loved them with lighting systems. And turquoise blue pools lit up. With lily pads and fish. ♥️

Usually I have no problem imaging the modern version of Tinkerbell-like faeries when listening to this and any of your other fae recordings. This time I just can't help but see the Sídhe in their true form. Imagining one in a blue gossamer gown had me laughing out loud and woke up my husband. Then he couldn't get back to sleep, so we listened while imagining the Sídhe, and commenting on what they would be more likely to do. Made for a humorous nearly two hours. I'm curious if I'll be able to imagine the more modern fairies when listening next time... If not, there are still so many amazing meditations that you have created for us - I will be just fine lol. I love this story for a few reasons, one is my wife shares her name with one of the fairies,so sleeping to this story always resulting dreams of my wife and I going on magical woodland fairy adventures together 😊 we also live next to a signal tree where we got married in front of, by a river,surrounded by a city so this story hits all the right notes for me 😂 ❤
I have pretty nasty asthma...usually hese days it's well controlled, but yesterday something triggered an attack and I just cdnt get it under control. After a good six hours of struggling to breathe I began listening to this meditation story...the breathing e excuses were tough, but I did them as best I could...and then...I fell asleep! That's usually JUST NOT POSSIBLE with asthma. I work in 3 hours later and my attack has mostly resolved itself... I m no longer worried about going to the ER and having a hospital stay I can't b afford...or not going to the ER and dying. Thank u SO MUCH

When I heard air, earth, water, and fire, all I could think of was Aang, Toph, Katara, and Zuko, they are not fairies, I thought as if they were in the spirit world, trying to find peace with the human world :) if you know, you know ;)

It's so interesting that this story just happens to be about everything I've been going through lately. I've been so stressed and disenchanted by this rat race of life... All I want to do is pack up and move with my husband to a little cottage in the Scottish Highlands, away from crowds of people, city lights, and all that comes along with the hustle and bustle. I am so. Over. It. I wish my husband felt the same. 😞 But he's the love of my life and I'd never force him to live somewhere he didn't want to. I don't know why I'm rambling... Sorry. I'm just grateful for this story right now because I've been having an extra hard time sleeping lately, so thank you for this nice moment of relaxation. 🤍
Thank you for sharing and I completely understand. It's this same feeling that gives me the passion to write and create these stories. We were not meant to live life at this pace, nor motivated by all these factors so far removed from the simple pleasures of being alive. I hope you are able to find rest and dream at night. And that you find a way to find peace. You deserve it! And you're not the only one looking into little cottages (or even lighthouses) for sale in Scotland! So while we may not physically be there, keeping those calm and beautiful locations in mind can suffice for now. 💜

I don't currently-- I know some channels do both but because of the way UA-cam works I always include sound effects and music It's complicated to explain why but I am considering releasing music-less options on Patreon.

A story within a story using tricks of literature and incredible artistic creativity. From that brain of yours comes huge pieces of profound whimsy. Time for a new adventure! Have you ever thought of using sound effects that would be wonderful I thought of it it should be pretty easy like it too hard I don't know sound clips so. I'm done with that stuff but anyway that would be so cool just in the bathroom just to type of birds singing. Love you I'm going to be with you every night now LOL
I haven't used some sounds simply because some people are woken. But this week's release will have train sounds.

Everyone enjoys a different tempo! It's worked for millions, but I can understand if it's too fast for you. Hope you find something that is a better tempo for you.
It's so interesting that this story just happens to be about everything I've been going through lately. I've been so stressed and disenchanted by this rat race of life... All I want to do is pack up and move with my husband to a little cottage in the Scottish Highlands, away from crowds of people, city lights, and all that comes along with the hustle and bustle. I am so. Over. It. I wish my husband felt the same. 😞 But he's the love of my life and I'd never force him to live somewhere he didn't want to. I don't know why I'm rambling... Sorry. I'm just grateful for this story right now because I've been having an extra hard time sleeping lately, so thank you for this nice moment of relaxation. 🤍
Thank you for sharing and I completely understand. It's this same feeling that gives me the passion to write and create these stories. We were not meant to live life at this pace, nor motivated by all these factors so far removed from the simple pleasures of being alive. I hope you are able to find rest and dream at night. And that you find a way to find peace. You deserve it! And you're not the only one looking into little cottages (or even lighthouses) for sale in Scotland! So while we may not physically be there, keeping those calm and beautiful locations in mind can suffice for now. 💜
