    Instead of merely managing your Net Promoter Score (NPS), focus on utilizing the feedback to enhance your service. The natural outcome will be an improved NPS, driven by increased customer satisfaction.
    I've observed numerous companies inflating their NPS by manipulating the system. They influence customers to provide higher scores, and salespeople educate them on how the system works-all in an effort to boost the NPS. However, this approach is self-deceptive.
    The key is not to manage the score but to manage and act on the feedback. Improve your service based on what your customers are telling you.
