- My award-winning Smooth Criminal performance. Done in 2003, my second time to ever dance.
Michael's story is a tragic one with a tragic ending. I'm saddened we'll never get another song, video, or production from his brilliant mind. Consider these videos my tribute.
P.S. If you are even entertaining the idea of possibly taking your own life, please get help! Trust me, it's not something you want to do! There is hope, I promise!

Still one of the best cover performances. What's great about this one is he performed the "Moonwalker" version choreography instead of the traditional "concert" version.
I still come back to this years later. I love how smooth and delicate his dancing is. And im in LOVE with the Smooth criminal Moonwalker version, so this is like my favorite video ever. Also kudos to his friends/backup dancers. Everyone involved in this did AMAZING. It's really impressive how well this was put together. I hope you won.

I get emotional very rarely with MJ impersonators, but when this happens it really means something. You honored him capturing his very very essence and even adding some extra of your own. Congrats, man.
That was AH-MAZE-ING!!!! So great. Michael would have been proud, i've been trying to get the routine down for a while. I am happy to know Michael went on to heaven with such a great legacy.

BTW, as for the lean. I'll say this:
1) No ropes were used (you would be able to see them).
2) Nothing was done to the floor (they would kill us if we did!!!).
We could do the lean on any stage, and we even did it in the ailes for fun during practice, even outside. :)

Thanks guys! :) To answer some of your questions, everything was custom made either by me or my father. I do know a woman who helped with some of the sewing, too. We had to make all the shoes and costumes and curtain. I edited the music myself based on the music video soundtrack. The curtain music was actually from a Michael W. Smith song if you can believe it! lol I just looped and manipulated it and recorded the snap sounds. The intro is from MJ's Morphine song I believe. The rest is SFX added

This is THE BEST Smooth Criminal tribute performance I have ever seen. I am an MJ impersonator and a HUGE fan as well, which makes me a very harsh critic. dude, this was better than all of the "professional" impersonators. GREAT JOB!

he did use shoes look at them at 7:46 the way they all shuffle their feet, and then at 8:00 they also then shuffle their feet on the exact same point both times, i have mad a pair too and all it needs is balance practice and they work !

it was a very good performance but i'm an mj fanatic and also a breakdancer on the 8 minute first, before he leans he tilts is hat just a little bit forward then after the lean he raises both hands in a wave motionfirst in front then continuing the wave he moves them to the side then head then body than he steps forward then he monwalks back,

a very good performance you can see that you put a hell of alot of thought and practice into it.are you a lefty though because he does the move after you flip the guy differently idk but you should check it out and compare but an overall 9/10
